It also provide equitable access for all staff and students. The licencing model works, consumption based charging works far better that user monthly licences. I especially like the tiered support model although we have not need much in the way of support, it has been there when called upon. Rapid deployment was excellent and the service works very well. **What do you dislike about nebulaONE AI?** It is a fairly new product. There is a danger that rapid expansion may result in a dilution of service leading to excessive support and maintenance charges which are already significant. **What problems is nebulaONE AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** nebulaONE is helping Cambridge Judge Business School streamline and scale its use of AI by providing a single, secure platform that replaces fragmented tools and inconsistent access routes.
