Nebuchadnezzar CRM is a real estate CRM built inside a working brokerage, for brokers who can't afford to be slow. Leads, listings, WhatsApp and the whole sales team work in one system. A new enquiry reaches an available agent within moments, with a first-call task and a WhatsApp alert. Leads are handed out in turn, by schedule or by hand. Listings stay in step with Property Finder, and portal enquiries land straight in New Leads. Each agent's WhatsApp number and chats sit inside the CRM, private to their owner, and broadcasts respect sending hours, daily limits and opt-outs. The portfolio holds units, off-plan projects and payment plans. Agents make branded PDF brochures in a click, and matching suggests properties within each client's budget, area and size. When every task with a client is done, the CRM books the next call by itself. Call lists come from Excel, and unclaimed clients wait in a Lead Pool with their numbers hidden until someone takes them. An AI copilot answers questions about clients and listings and writes messages in Arabic or English, checked against your own facts. Managers see each agent's calls, viewings and deals, with a monthly PDF report. Owners, admins and agents each see what their role allows. Every company gets its own private CRM and database, in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German and Italian. It works on any phone, with mobile apps depending on the plan. Nebuchadnezzar CRM is a core shaped around each brokerage: depending on the plan, it automates part or all of the agents' routine, up to replying to clients and following them up. New features are added on request. Each plan is a yearly licence plus a monthly subscription, priced for your team. After a short meeting, your team works in its own CRM free for 15 days.
