Nearmap API is a set of access services that helps developers and technical teams integrate Nearmap aerial imagery, 3D content, and AI-derived property data directly into their own applications, GIS, and CAD tools, without requiring users to log into the Nearmap web interface. Nearmap API’s main capabilities include: - Access to current and historical vertical and oblique imagery, delivered as map tiles or through an OGC-compliant WMS - 3D and elevation data, including digital surface models and true ortho tiles, for measurement and elevation analysis - AI-derived vector data on property features, roof age, and property measurements, for insurance quoting, underwriting, property assessment, damage detection, and claims use cases - A unified, per-transaction content API for workflows that need imagery and AI data retrieved together for a specific address or area - Native integrations with technology alliance partners including Esri, Autodesk, Bentley, Cesium, and Trimble, in addition to direct API and WMS access
