365 NDIS Onboarding Portal is a passwordless online portal that helps NDIS providers onboard participants in one guided process, with data and documents stored in SharePoint. Participants enter their email address and receive a sign-in link, so there are no passwords to manage. They then complete five steps: personal information, support requirements, documents, consents and agreements, and review and submit. Their progress is tracked as they go. Everything they save is automatically updated in the provider’s SharePoint list, and uploaded documents are stored in SharePoint. Staff use a separate portal with three areas. The Onboarding Queue is a dashboard showing the overall status of participant onboarding. The Participants area lets staff review each participant and either approve their information or click “Request Changes”, which notifies the participant exactly which information or documents need to be updated, added or revised. The Documents area shows every document participants have uploaded, with the status of each. The portal covers onboarding only, so use it alongside your existing system for support logs, rosters, invoices and claims. Key features: 1. Passwordless email sign-in for participants 2. Guided five-step onboarding with progress tracking 3. Document upload, with files stored in SharePoint 4. Consents and agreements captured within the onboarding journey 5. Onboarding queue dashboard for staff 6. Approve or request-changes workflow with participant notifications 7. Data automatically synced to your SharePoint list
