I would recommend the development team and investors supporting nDash to invest in a dedicated mobile app. I would love to see some increased messaging and chat utility across the site. What problems is nDash solving and how is that benefiting you? nDash has provided me with a rock-solid foundation for better pitching my favorite types of advanced business and technology-focused writing to truly distinctive world-leading brands. The lead generation activities taking place on behalf of nDash are what make it much more than just another freelance platform like Freelancer, Upwork, Work Genius, etc. All of these and similar platforms have offered varying degrees of success, actualizing what nDash has accomplished. I love that nDash is constantly adding new client profiles; there are unlimited opportunities to pitch to high-value clients and establish sustainable collaborative partnerships. Since beginning to work across nDash so many of the clients I have worked with have requested additional projects. I genuinely feel the integrated agency aspects of nDash are what set it apart from both the world's top advertising/digital marketing agencies and the leading freelance portals and platforms. nDash provides writers with such a great way to brand themselves and represent that value in a way that makes decision-making much easier for clients. I have found that making deals and getting paid on nDash is a very straightforward and hassle-free experience because there is a ton of mutual respect, trust, and accountability going on between writers on the site, project managers, and the clients we serve across the network. It allows me not to have to hunt for good writers, and since I get a company profile - I can skip over the "onboarding" step. I also love that they can have writers pitch new ideas and that I can use the same writer over and over as needed. I also can have writers pitch me for cost as well. Sometimes when an article is finished, I need to review it with my client or team for approval - that can take time. I would like to be able to set standard rounds of review if possible. I have multiple clients with multiple content needs at any given time. nDash allows me and my clients to review the work, manage the articles coming, and I don't have to deal with all the billing since it's just gets charged to the credit card on file. I love the ability to transfer content from my writing team directly into HubSpot. The export feature works very well and saves us a lot of time that used to be spent copying and pasting from Google Docs to HubSpot when writers turn in assignments. I have identified many issues using the system, some of which have caused multiple hours of lost work and confusion. While their support is very helpful and qucik to fix issues, I feel like I am a beta tester, pretty much constantly. Recommendations to others considering nDash: If you're willing to be a beta tester in exchange for a low-cost solution, this is for you. It moved the correspondence out of my inbox and multiple google docs into one web-based platform. That time savings almost makes up for the time lost dealing with bugs. The best thing about nDash.co is that it is not a content mill with low paying clients. You are also able to pitch your ideas to clients and nDash rates their clients on the acceptance odds. The nDash writers I worked with were always so professional, accommodating, and hard working.
