The platform is easy to configure while providing some degree of flexibility to allow us to adapt to changes or custom fields needed for reporting. The integration between modules is very good which prevents our team from re-keying redundant information. Their support and training is also far superior than most other technology providers. I have only been using the software for a year and find it very user-friendly. We have invested in multiple of the packages offered and find them very benefical; especially Nvendor. I enjoy the colorful personalization and dashboard as I am in it often. It makes it seemless to maintain our vendors. There's not very much at all that I dislike. There is one field on one of my reports that I would like to systematically pull (it's a due date field) on the report. Instead, I have to manually enter the due date, but everything else is perfect. NContracts has been a necessary resource for our bank to monitor for fair lending, CRA, report HMDA. Customer service is excellent! We use NContracts on a daily basis for tracking CRA services, investments and loans. Reporting HMDA data annually is simple. We've use the system for several years.
