"Payment Calculator saves time"

What do you like best about nCino's Mortgage Suite?

We primarily use this for the payment calculator feature. We send the link to our preapproved clients so they can run numbers while out shopping for homes. It also will send you updates when people use it so you know who is actively out looking at homes and can play big brother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about nCino's Mortgage Suite?

The taxes and homeowners insurance seem to go off the purchase price and come in way higher for the area we are in (New England). If the borrower doesn't adjust them they get really concerned about how high their projected payment would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering nCino's Mortgage Suite:

If you feel like you can't get anything done with your phone always ringing this is a great tool to help run payments. You can still follow up with people running payments but do it on your time when your schedule allows. The realtors we work with also use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is nCino's Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of clients calling us every time they see a house they might like, for the most part they use the app which saves us contact interruptions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about nCino's Mortgage Suite?

Super easy for both the borrower and the LO! They can upload docs easily from their phones and the LO can view inside the app, as well as pulling credit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about nCino's Mortgage Suite?

Sometimes the partner function doesn't work. Also, the text messaging function is a bit excessive at times and comes from a different phone number for each notification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
