It is much easier to upload documents through the simple Nexus mortgage platform then it is to have to gather all of the papers and submit them by email or scan them or fax them. Recommendations to others considering nCino's Mortgage Suite: Simply Nexus has been implemented with the current Loan Officer I'm working with on behalf of a client purchasing a home. While under contract on a home, it is critical for an agent to know what's happening with their buyer's finance process. Everyone looks to the selling agent- realtor to answer questions about the buyer's loan process. They can easily upload they're docs and communicate with the lender about what it needed. What do you dislike about nCino's Mortgage Suite? Sometimes the app notifications can be a bit in excess if you have multiple clients using the app continuously.
