I liked the simple easy to complete online forms and the quick call back received to proceed. Along with the app to use to finish up the process like with uploading the required paperwork. The problems I think it might have is just on the user end such as good connection but I guess that's not really the platform itself so I'd say no bugs that I have experienced. It is an extremely valuable tool in my business to give customers a way to apply for a mortgage. Customers can apply at their convenience with a mobile app, laptops, etc. It is easy for us to retrieve and decision the application once completed. Also, we get text message and other notifications once the customer has completed the application. The ease of the process and the loan officer's ability to get it done so fast. I contacted them. They did not contact me and I'm so glad I did. I am a Signing Agent and I know the problems people have complained to me about with others such as Bank of America, Freedom, Regions and many more that's why I chose these people instead of Rocket, quicken and a host of others. They are better because they reply immediately to your calls or texts and supply you with the info that you need and are always available throughout the process and don't test you like a number.
