NCGS CRM is a customer relationship management system built specifically for contractors — gutter, roofing, siding, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pressure washing, and other exterior and home-service trades. Instead of adapting a generic sales tool, every workflow is shaped around how contractors actually bid, schedule, and get paid. One price covers your whole company. NCGS CRM is priced per company, not per seat, so your office staff and your crews can all work in the same system without the bill growing every time you hire. It runs as an installable web app on phones, tablets, and computers — no app-store download, no separate versions to keep updated. Estimating is built around trade-specific bid sheets, so a gutter bid, a roofing bid, and a painting bid each ask for the measurements and line items that trade actually uses, plus a universal bid sheet for anything else. On Pro and White Glove plans, satellite measuring with AI auto-trace helps you measure roofs and buildings before you ever roll a truck. Finished estimates become invoices and paid-in-full receipts in the same system, with state sales-tax packs to help you charge the right rate where you work. The sales pipeline tracks contacts and deals from first call to final payment, with automated follow-up sequences so estimates don't go cold. Your own lead-capture link feeds new requests straight into the pipeline. A crew time clock with employee logins is included on every plan; White Glove adds geofence auto-clock. Anna, a built-in AI assistant, helps with day-to-day questions and follow-ups (Pro and up; available on Starter as a $5/mo add-on). Switching is low-risk: the one-button import copies your contacts and deals from the CRM you already use — it never deletes or changes anything in your old system. Contractors inside our delivery area can order material in the app; companies farther out can print a material list and buy from their usual supplier instead.
