"Navvia Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navvia?

The part which I most appreciate is the Learning Centre which provides access to additional free and paid training. I find this training helpful for users at all stages in their ITSM journey. I also appreciate the simplicity of the workflow mapping. I also especially appreciate the workflow Document output which makes it easy to drop the workflow and RACI onto an internal wiki. The Navvia support team was also courteous and helpful in getting Navvia set up and functional for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navvia?

While the workflow mapping helps move workflows from Navvia into ServiceNow, it requires a lot of time with the people who perform the mapped task to enter in all of the details of the workflow. In fast moving organizations, gathering all of the experts for mapping each process can be a very time consuming actvitity. I think that it would be outstanding if there were an AI / RPA tool that could perform workflow discovery and display discovered workflows to users as a starting point. It is worth noting that I have not found software that does this to date, and I believe this would enable Navvia to stand out in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Navvia:

Meet with the Navvia support team early on; their onboarding is a breeze and very helpful in accelerating your implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Navvia to move and refine workflows as we transition away from an internally built ticketing system over to ServiceNow. Navvia provides a low overhead interface which anyone should be able to adapt quickly to map their workflows. This makes it a snap to provide consultants, contractors, or dedicated staff the matierals necessary to build complete workflows in ServiceNow, enableing a comprehensive transition. What do you like best about Navvia?

Ease of use

Can define processes easily and implement them without any hassles Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navvia?

As processes require more than one person to share inputs, it would be great to have a sharing feature where one person can design a part of the process, and the other person can add on top of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Navvia:

Go for it. It is an amazing tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Navvia Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Navvia?

The origination of all process materials centered around a central process canvass is a unique software experience. Everything process-wise is organized and at our fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navvia?

Versioning. Versioning is one thing that has been a challenge, and there isn't a great way to make client-specific adjustments without editing or changing the master while making organization-wide adjustments to the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Navvia:

It is a great process tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are documenting detailed process work. With the newest releases upcoming with Navvia, we will have the ability to tie industry-wide best practice processes to technical stories that will allow the mapping of a best practice process to best practice software implementation. This is a unique differentiator in the consulting industry that is possible through Navvia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there - thanks for this great 5-star review. We're glad that Navvia has been a great tool for your organization to document detailed process work.

In terms of versioning capability, Navvia allows users to take advantage of our workflow approval feature that collects approvals and allows a version to be assigned to a process in a published state, then if adjustments to that version are required, the editor has the ability to copy the published version to start a new version with any changes and start the cycle again.

We'd love to hear more about this or any other improvement ideas you may have on our Navvia ideas portal: https://navvia.ideas.aha.io/

Have a great day!

"Great ITIL training course"
4/5
What do you like best about Navvia?

Fantastic and engaging instructors who were organized and well prepared to teach material. The instructors always gave us a heads up and reminders of how to access the course as well as sufficient time to prepare for the examination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navvia?

The examinations could have been a little more challenging and force us to really scour the materials. There was some material that could have been further explored, I felt the examinations and what was emphasized in course wasn't always balanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were taking ITIL foundations training, increasing professional development and learning the core concepts of ITIL with potential to further explore ITIL. The training has opened my eyes to service management in the IT sector and has allowed to to apply the core principles to my own work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Rob, thanks for providing us with feedback. The group capability is currently greyed out while a known bug is being worked for this issue. Users do have the ability to lasso multiple shapes and drag them together but they can't be permanently grouped.

Stay tuned to our status messages and emails for any updates on this.

All the best!

We provide professional services to customers to implement ITSM software. Navvia allows us to have a template for the process flows. Of course, we customize for each customer based on their needs, but it allows us to have a great starting place with a great deal of the workflow in position, which saves time and money during the implementation. Most importantly, we use the product in our own environment for our internal workflow needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
