Navvia's support staff is the best! Never have we worked with vendor who is so willing to bend over backwards to assist. The co-founder, Karl Bietsch, has been wonderful to work with.
We love how Navvia provides us with documentation straight from the ServiceNow instance that we use. It really takes the guess work out of process documentation for core ITSM processes.

We totally dislike like that all documentation is online. We realize that documentation changes, but it would be much more advantageous and efficient for us to be able to print out a point-in-time PDF, especially as we are trying to learn the tool.
Honestly, we find the software somewhat cumbersome to use and most of that is related to the fact that we can't print out what we need. For example, if you go to the ServiceNow website, all of their documentation is sectioned out by topic and can be downloaded and printed in a PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Friendly and familiar interface when working with Navvia's process designer feature. I especially enjoyed the fact that process documents can automatically be created from the process flow designer. There's also a good and helpful reference section for training material for ITIL and CoBit.

Navvia RACI being a RA(S)CI, but this doesn't really make a huge impact on overall customer experiences.

Release annual/semi annual survey based on the framework to all the process owners and process managers . This will help us to assess the process maturity.
3. Governance (Audit Preparedness)
Verify governance tasks to collect the evidences from the process managers and process owners. This helps in preparation of global assessment as well as collect the proof of evidences to the survey results.

Navvia supports their product with outstanding documentation that is easy to access without leaving the Navvia product itself. The product provides multiple methods of documenting process information and is easy to export and render for printing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is reliable and always available, but sometimes when you work too quickly, it can get confused and hang up for a bit. This does not happen often and has improved greatly in the past few months. Navvia has been very responsive in addressing any concerns and also adding new features that we have asked for. Capability to create process flows with swim-lanes quickly and efficiently. AND the capability to print out procedures, RACIS and descriptions with a click of a button. Support is also top notch and extremely quick to respond. Surveying is something I'm starting to use and that is a capability that I expect to be very helpful in the near future. The most helpful is seeing all of a procedure document in its final state and how it was created. This tool uses multiple angles to combine workflows, tasks, owners, and processes into one seamless design for a clean final document that is professional and clear to the readers. The interface is easy to use and the vendor is great to work with. I love that mapping a process automatically creates documentation. There is a bit of a learning curve for users who have never used mapping software before, but the customer service is great and they do offer training. I love the visual design elements of the process designer and the details that can be placed in the steps and related areas. I also like the default document output included. There were some annoying bugs in the beginning, but the team really stepped up and made fixes quickly. There are some annoyances in the use of external customers like permission settings and display of messaging.
