We work with companies doing $10M to $250M in revenue across construction, real estate, healthcare, financial services, and professional services to automate the workflows that keep their operations running: approvals, change orders, RFIs, submittals, document control, financial reporting, and cross-team coordination. We operate on two layers. Our advisory practice starts with an operational audit: we map a company's workflows end to end and identify where AI creates measurable leverage. Our platform turns those findings into production systems: structured workflows with role-based access, automated approvals and routing, real-time operational dashboards, and Nova, an embedded AI assistant that works within the full context of the business. Mid-market companies face a specific problem. They're too complex for off-the-shelf automation tools and too lean for the enterprise consulting firms. Navon sits in that gap. We combine the strategic depth of a consulting engagement with the permanence of a software platform, so clients don't just get a recommendation. They get infrastructure that runs.
