# Our previous DaaS VDI provider had system monitoring tool and alerting added to their DaaS Platform. We could use this with the 9.0 Platform? Could something like this be added to our build? Lately with the 8.0 version we have been having disk space and CPU errors. The space issue is because it has from 4-7 TEMP user profiles added to VDI machine and it's taking up all the space. It would be nice to know about this before it creates connectivity issues. I am not sure what I can do with the CPU errors, maybe you can be alerted on these and fix these issues on the back end. The prior company, on 6.0, we paid for support, but their VDI's were slow so we moved to Navisite. Hopefully, it was not the monitoring system causing this! We don't need full time support, like we had before, but monitoring and more system level support would be nice. We have a larger team that could support users on the VDI, but there have been too many advanced issue.
