**What do you like best about Navisite Managed Hosting?**

Extremely Responsive Phone Staff

**What do you dislike about Navisite Managed Hosting?**

Everything outside of phone staff.  When you have an issue it takes a long time to get it resolved.  Their outdated backup solution is limited, slow, clunky and oh-yea, outdated.  Ask for a root cause analysis, and don't hold your breath.

**Recommendations to others considering Navisite Managed Hosting:**

Look elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.  Savvis is a great solution if you need managed hosting.
