What problems is NaviNet Open solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use navinet for electronic claims billing for a small psychological practice. benefits are that it is quicker than paper filing and more than one company is available to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NaviNet Open?

This system makes it easy to check eligibility for patients and also streamlines claims processing. It allows you to check multiple insurance companies in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NaviNet Open?

There are times that some of the pages were glitchy. It could be our internet that was the issue with some of it. The passwords seem to have to be reset more often than be should be required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NaviNet Open solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were experiencing a better workflow when using this service since it keeps more things in place. We realized that it is easier to stay on top of claims when you can check one place vs 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
