Navigrate is dispatch software that optimizes scheduling and routing for field service trades. It flags appointments with excessive drive times and suggests alternative time slots nearby before bookings are finalized. The software follows a three-step workflow: technician details are added, including trade, vehicle, home base, and coverage area; jobs are booked with live autocomplete address entry; and the system analyzes drive distances, flagging inefficient routes and suggesting alternatives to keep crews in the same area. A drive-time flagging system alerts dispatchers when travel times are long, while a live route map shows all stops and routes for the day. The dispatch calendar provides an hour-by-hour view of schedules with click-to-edit options. A technician roster tracks vehicle details, coverage areas, and trade specializations. Navigrate calculates routes using straight-line distance and average speeds during planning, functioning in any market with mapping data coverage.
