The app indexes all of our product nicely and makes it easy to find them for a given order. We use it in association with Front, I don't have much experience with competitors but I've enjoyed navigator **What do you dislike about Navigator?** Occasionally the program will freeze and we will be unable to put in orders for an extended period. Also the phrasing necessary to find something can be a bit idiosyncratic and difficult **What problems is Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps solve a variety of customer problems every day. It's easy to refer to previous orders, and to prepare orders for later reference. It's easy to pick up where someone else left off ### 3.
