What do you like best?

The customer service for the Ethics Point hotline platform is great. I've never had a problem and they have responded timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We used for HIPAA and compliance training and the training modules were decent and had reasonable content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Navex was and is a bad business partner and vendor and I would never want to work with them again and recommend against doing business with them. An executive who is no longer with the company purchased and was clearly oversold. I reached out to renegotiate or figure out a way to partner, and Navex was completely unwilling even though the sold 4 times as many as we had employees at the time. I understand that they had a contract, but they also had an unhappy customer and were completely unwilling to work with us.

Regarding the product, we purchased several modules and I have a different log in for each, which is cumbersome. In addition, while the some of the trainings were decent, the set up for notifications is not intuitive and some of the shorter trainings have low information density (i.e. a 10 min burst course could be done in 5 min or less). What do you like best?

The compliance videos were pretty good. Not as cheesy as some other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The customer service and anyone who is there to "help" you is extremely rigid, unfriendly, and unhelpful. This is not an isolated incident. This is over a dozen calls and even more e-mails trying to resolve issues. I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else. Not only can I not endorse Navex, I would caution anyone who is considering them to carefully consider other options first, and secondly, do NOT sign a long term contract! If they showed any interest in resolving even one of our concerns, this would be a very different review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I used Navex for training videos as an end user. I liked being able to pause and come back to the platform, as well as not getting logged out of my session...which took place over the course of 6+ hours, in between meetings and other work items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

At first, I couldn't get Navex to open due to pop-up blocking, but that likely was due to either Chrome or other protections put on my work laptop by employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We like having all of our policies in a central repository. The features we appreciate most are the version control of documents and that all changes are tracked within the software. There is a compare feature where you can compare any published version to another version. The search functionality is fabulous. The software is extremely robust, allowing us to pull reports directly from the dashboard, in addition to the standard reports. We were able to customize the platform to match our company branding for a consistent look for our end users. There are a number of ways to organize data and it is easy to navigate the software. Navex Global provides exemplary customer service. They respond quickly to all requests and are continually improving the software. They invite input from their clients and often implement software enhancements from those requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We wish there was an easier way to build customized reports. Currently, it isn't very intuitive or efficient. We wish there was a status column in our personal work queues where we could add notes about policies we are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would highly recommend PolicyTech as a document management system. We reviewed close to 14 separate platforms before choosing PolicyTech and none to match the features of PolicyTech. We are very pleased with the decision we made over 5 years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

My company, Apline special Treatmenr center used this software to provide trainings throughout the years to our staff members, without having to pull them from the floor for in person trainings. I love that you can watch and read review trainings at your own convience and then submit then back to HR to show that you are compliant in that area. What do you dislike?

I haven’t found anything to dislike about it as our facility has only been using it to about a year. It’s a bit difficult for some to navigate but that becomes easier with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before, in order to be compliant in a Policy you would have to take written exams r be pulled off the floor to a training for three days. This would cause some issues with the flow of the buildings and people were getting stressed. Now you can just review the policy on your computer without having to leave a building. What do you like best?

We are a decentralized business with over 50k employees and this is a sophiscated platform to give us visibility and oversight into claims and/or calls placed through the hotline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have multiple HR systems so consolidating data files has been challenges. Other than the challenges to set up the program, it's been great. The new Success Management program recently implemented by Navex has been a great addition to their offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It’s a great way to break down a lot of information kept in an associate handbook to simplify obtaining the information. A lot of times, I’m scrolling through the hundreds of pages trying to find a specific policy, but this allows for me to click a category as well as search for things I’m looking for. I dislike the fact that it even has an “unfiled” category. It should force you to place contents into a specific folder before saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
