Navex was and is a bad business partner and vendor and I would never want to work with them again and recommend against doing business with them. An executive who is no longer with the company purchased and was clearly oversold. I reached out to renegotiate or figure out a way to partner, and Navex was completely unwilling even though the sold 4 times as many as we had employees at the time. I understand that they had a contract, but they also had an unhappy customer and were completely unwilling to work with us.
Regarding the product, we purchased several modules and I have a different log in for each, which is cumbersome. In addition, while the some of the trainings were decent, the set up for notifications is not intuitive and some of the shorter trainings have low information density (i.e. a 10 min burst course could be done in 5 min or less).
