"A Game-Changer for Scaling Demos Across a Large Sales Org"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic has transformed how our sales team demonstrates our products throughout every stage of the sales cycle. What I love most is the versatility of simulation types and use cases, including outbound prospecting, live prospect calls and conferences, and a self-paced, hands-on experience after a demo. There's a format for every situation, and reps can access everything from one central hub.

The Launchpad feature is a game-changer. It puts a pre-approved, organized library of simulations at every seller's fingertips, so they can quickly find the right content for the right prospect. The integrations are outstanding. Navattic connects seamlessly with Salesforce, Seismic, Outlook, and Salesloft, making it easy to share demos wherever sellers already work. Most impressive is the engagement tracking: sellers receive real-time Slack notifications and email alerts when a prospect opens or shares a simulation, and all activity is timestamped and logged directly to the Salesforce Opportunity record. This makes follow-up timely and data-driven, and gives account teams full visibility into buyer engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

With a large product portfolio, organizing and surfacing the right simulations for the right sellers can be challenging. As we've scaled our library of demos across multiple solution areas, it's sometimes been difficult to keep content well-organized and easy to navigate... sellers may have to do a bit of searching to find exactly the simulation they need for a given prospect or use case.

That said, the Navattic team has been a great partner in this area. They're actively working on roadmap improvements that should make content organization and discoverability significantly better, and we're optimistic those enhancements will make a real difference for our sellers. The responsiveness of their team to customer feedback gives us confidence that this is heading in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic has solved two big challenges for our sales team. First, getting realistic, "live-looking" software in front of sellers without the overhead of spinning up and maintaining demo environments. Our sellers can now present products in a clean, guided click-path flow that looks and feels like the real thing, with no demo site management or risk of something breaking mid-call. This has also freed up time for our SE team, as they don't have to be on every call.

Second, it has enabled prospects to explore our solutions on their own terms. We built guided walkthroughs with tooltips that give prospects a hands-on experience after a demo without requiring us to provision actual sandbox credentials. This has significantly reduced the time our team spends on sandbox setup and access management, while also keeping deals moving. Prospects can self-explore at their own pace, which has had a positive impact on our deal cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kari, the depth of this review is incredible - thank you for taking the time to lay all of this out so thoughtfully.

The Launchpad + Salesforce engagement tracking combo getting a callout is always great to see - real-time alerts and timestamped activity on the Opportunity record is such a practical win for account teams. On the content organization and discoverability side, Demo Library and Boards within Launchpad are designed to help with exactly this - reps can search and filter by interest, tags, or keywords, and admins can set up different Boards per team, product, or use case. Worth looping with your CSM to make sure the Library is set up in a way that scales with your portfolio: https://docs.navattic.com/launchpad/demos/library

"Navattic Makes Complex Use Cases Easy to Demo and Share"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

We're still fairly new to Navattic, but it's the perfect tool for early use case which is creating and sharing demo of key features to prospects that are in pipeline and that we're helping to build a business case for.

Our use cases are complex; Navattic helps me to make them understandable to my prospects.

The UI makes it simple to quickly build short use case demo, and it performs very well, particularly after the recent changes to the building workflow.

Additional tools such as the genAI capability are welcome and demonstrate a commitment to make life easier for busy sales engineering and customer success teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

To get the most out of it you need to make sure that you commit the time to it. It's unavoidable with most demo platforms - tyou need a lot of time create every bit of content you need. The team are working on areas to speed up time to production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps me to build short focused use case demonstrations for my prospects that illustrate to them how Red Sift helps them to solve their security challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edit edit

Billy, love that Navattic has been helping your team make complex use cases click for prospects - security challenges are notoriously hard to demo, so that's a big win.

On the time investment front, Copilot Generate is worth a look if you haven't dug into it yet - it auto-writes tooltip text, step descriptions, and anchors after you click through your app, so a first draft is ready almost immediately after capture. Brand and Tone settings can also be auto-populated with AI so you're not starting from scratch each time: https://docs.navattic.com/copilot/generate

What do you like best about Navattic?

I think Navattic is very easy to use, which I really appreciate. The UI looks nice and responds well, and they're always making updates to improve it, which is great. The thing I like most about Navattic is the people who work there. They work really hard to stay engaged with customers and ensure we have what we need to be successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Sometimes the solution has struggled to capture certain environments, and it ends up taking an inordinate amount of time to get those environments captured. Others on my team have really struggled, and therefore maybe don't have quite as high an opinion of Navattic as I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic provides our sales teams with click-through demos for a more authentic customer experience, replacing unprofessional video demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So glad the UI, the team, and the cadence of updates have all been landing well. It genuinely means a lot to hear that the people at Navattic stand out for you.

On capturing certain environments: when a web capture is tricky, switching to a Media capture (screenshots, video, or GIFs) is often the fastest workaround. More on that here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

If specific environments continue to be a pain point for your team, support@navattic.com is the best place to flag those so the team can look into it directly.

"No-Brainer for Interactive Product Demos"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

A quick and easy way to create a strong, interactive product demo. It’s also simple to build multiple versions of the demo tailored to different audiences.

This has been a great tool for us to show prospects our product, educate them in a way that makes sense to them, and encourage them to book a real demo with us to learn more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I’d like to see more robust analytics features. I’ve been using this more as a “set it and forget it” tool, so I’m sure there are additional features I could be using and benefiting from that I’m simply not aware of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us educate prospects early in the funnel and showcase our value by giving them a hands-on look at our product before they even talk to Sales. This has improved our landing page conversions and helped us pass higher-quality leads over to Sales, because they’ve already seen how the product works and self-educated before meeting with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Sarah, love that Navattic has become such a reliable part of the funnel - self-educated prospects showing up to sales conversations already bought in is such a good outcome.

On the analytics side, there's actually quite a bit available that might be flying under the radar - visitor data, step-level drop-off, CTA click tracking, time spent per session, and a Pipeline Impact Dashboard if you're connected to Salesforce. Might be worth a deeper look: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze

"Low-Touch Approach to High-Intent Lead Generation and Full-Funnel Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to give prospects a hands-on experience of the product without requiring a live demo. It allows potential customers to explore key workflows at their own pace, helping them better understand the value of the platform before speaking with sales.

From a marketing perspective, it has become an important part of our demand generation strategy. We use tours across paid campaigns, website pages, email nurtures, and content initiatives to drive engagement and generate high-intent leads.

It also supports the wider go-to-market team. Sales can use tours as a lightweight way to introduce specific capabilities, while marketing can showcase new features and use cases. The platform is intuitive to build and maintain, analytics are useful, hubspot integration is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

One area for improvement is the mobile experience for more complex tour structures. As a company with multiple product modules, we often create tours that showcase several modules within a single journey. While this works well on desktop, the mobile version cannot automatically combine the corresponding mobile tours, which means a lot of additional work is required to build and maintain the mobile experience separately.

The video editing functionality can also be a little glitchy at times when editing or updating clips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us solve a common challenge in B2B software: prospects want to understand the product before committing to a demo, while marketing and sales teams want to qualify interest more effectively.

By providing self-guided product tours, we can give prospects a hands-on experience of our platform directly from our website, paid campaigns, email nurtures, and other marketing activities. This helps potential customers understand our capabilities and value proposition earlier in the buying journey.

The platform has become an important lead generation and conversion tool for us. It allows us to engage prospects who may not yet be ready to speak with sales, while also helping our sales team share targeted product experiences with specific audiences and use cases. As a result, we've been able to increase product engagement, generate high-intent leads, and create more informed sales conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

This is such a thorough breakdown of how Navattic fits into a full-funnel strategy, paid campaigns, nurtures, website, sales enablement, all of it. Really great to read!

On the mobile experience for multi-module tours, good news here; The Mobile Zoom strategy gives mobile viewers full access to your desktop demo with pinch-to-zoom and panning, which removes the need to build and maintain a separate mobile swipe version. Worth checking out if that's been adding overhead for your team.

On the video editing glitches, that's not something we've flagged as a known issue on our end, but if it's happening consistently, reach out to support@navattic.com and the team will dig into it with you.

"Easy to create Demos with AI storyboarding, fast product enhancements, and great CSM"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The pace at which they make product enhancements. Recently they made the editing UI even better than it was -- makes it super easy to go through your screens and get them just the way you want. The AI storyboard creation - makes created the demos so much easier and faster. the output is very accurate to my vision, too. The many options for screen editing. The CSM I work with is excellent. What do you dislike about Navattic?

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hi Jordan,

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review!

Love hearing that the AI storyboarding and screen editing options are helping bring your demo vision to life quickly and accurately.

Also great to hear your CSM has been a helpful partner - always our goal!

Appreciate you flagging the experience across screen sizes - is there a specific screen size that responsive behavior doesn't corporate? Feel free to bring this up to your CSM during your next catch-up - I'm sure they'd be happy to help resolve this.

Thank you again for the support Jordan - really appreciate it.

What do you like best about Navattic?

Intuitive product that allows for personalization at scale for pre-sales, and post-demo work. Were also aexcited about the velocity with which theyre releasing GenAI features (MCP, Sales-Agents, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Does take time to create the early screencaps and narrative flow, but once youre storyboard is conceptualized, easy to execute, and then fork demos for new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Were creating customized pre-sales demos for our large high-ACV enterprise targets, along with using Navattic for post-demo followups to and medium > high acv client. For now, our near-shore operations team can easily create these manually, and we're excited about MCP & AI creation options to prompt demo customizations into existence in the future.

Additionally, the monitoring functionality to see when prospects are interacting with the demos, where theyre spending time, etc. is immensely helpful, particularly in multi-stakeholder sales processes.d Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Even after two years as a customer, I struggle with the creation. If you aren't constantly making new demos, it's hard to remember exactly how to do it. "Powerful and incredibly intuitive product demo-making software"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

It's super easy to create, maintain and edit product demos for all sorts of purposes. At my job, it's mainly used for demos shown to prospects during meetings or conferences, but it can just as easily be used for our website. Its clean interface makes it so easy anyone can learn how to make a demo in a matter of a couple of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Some more powerful or complicated features are a bit hidden. I also wish you could further customize the way you connect demos and flows between each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating demos that are available on demand, can be downloaded offline to be used in conferences where WiFi might be spotty, not having demos ruined by a backend change or a service outage and always having the perfect golden path when showcasing to prospects. It can also be used for our knowledge base to provide clearer tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really happy to hear Navattic has become a reliable part of your demo and enablement workflow, using it for live meetings, conferences, offline, and your knowledge base is exactly the kind of versatility we aim for.

On the advanced features feeling a bit tucked away, fair point, and worth knowing about the Navattic Academy. It's a full learning hub with courses, how-to videos, and interactive demos designed to surface the more powerful parts of the product. Good starting point if you want to dig deeper: https://academy.navattic.com/collections

"Super easy to use, super effective."
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is the flexibility it gives us when creating walkthroughs. I like that we can preserve the interactivity of a page instead of flattening everything into static screenshots. That makes the experience feel more realistic and engaging for users.

At the same time, the ability to upload our own screenshots is extremely useful. It allows us to build walkthroughs from wireframes before a product is available in production, so we can start training, promotion, and feedback efforts earlier in the product lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

One feature I would like to see in Navattic is the ability to highlight an area of the screen without requiring a text bubble. Specifically, it would be helpful to have a spotlight effect where a selected area remains fully visible while the rest of the screen is dimmed or faded out.

This would allow us to draw attention to key interface elements in a cleaner, less intrusive way, especially when a detailed explanation isn't necessary. It would improve the visual flow of walkthroughs and help users focus on the most important parts of the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of promoting, demonstrating, and training users on products that are not yet in production. It enables us to quickly create interactive, shareable walkthroughs that showcase product functionality before development is complete.

Its flexibility allows us to easily update content as products evolve, without requiring significant effort or technical resources. This helps accelerate product marketing, stakeholder feedback, and user training activities. Once the product is released, the content and workflows we've created can be transitioned into our in-app adoption platform, reducing duplicate work and ensuring a smoother launch experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Really glad the interactivity and the ability to build from wireframes before a product is live have been so valuable. Using Navattic across the full product lifecycle like that is a great approach.

On the spotlight/dim effect, the closest option available today is using a Tooltip with a Backdrop (Light, Medium, or Heavy) via Step Settings, which dims surrounding elements to draw focus. Beacons can also highlight elements without a dialog box. Hope one of those gets you closer to what you're looking for, and the feature request is worth logging at support@navattic.com.
