"Navattic Transformed Our Sales Conversations with Self-Serve Demos and Insightful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The thing I like best is how much it changed the conversation — literally. Before Navattic, we'd get on a discovery call and spend the first fifteen minutes just explaining what we do. Now prospects have already clicked through the demo on their own time, so they come in with actual questions. That shift has made our sales conversations so much more productive.

But honestly, what won me over day-to-day is how much ownership it gave our marketing team. We're not filing requests with engineering every time we want to update a demo or build a new one for a campaign. We can just do it ourselves. For a team that moves fast, that kind of autonomy is worth a lot.

The analytics have also been a quiet game-changer. I didn't expect to get that much signal from demo engagement data, but knowing which steps resonate and which ones lose people has shaped how we think about our messaging well beyond just the demo itself. It's become one of our better feedback loops for understanding what prospects actually care about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The biggest problem we were running into was that prospects had no real way to experience our product before committing to a sales call. We were asking people to block 30 minutes on their calendar just to see if we were even worth their time — and a lot of them just didn't bother. We were losing people at the top of the funnel not because our product wasn't good, but because we couldn't show them that fast enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem was that we had no good middle ground. Either someone booked a demo call with us — which required time, scheduling, and a decent amount of trust upfront — or they signed up for a trial and got lost trying to figure things out on their own. Neither was working the way we needed it to.

We were watching good prospects go quiet. Not because they weren't interested, but because we couldn't meet them where they were. People want to evaluate software on their own terms now. They don't want to talk to a sales rep before they've already decided it's worth their time. We weren't giving them a way to do that.

Navattic gave us that. And the benefit has shown up in a few different ways.

The most immediate one was just pipeline quality. The leads coming through after engaging with a demo are warmer. They've self-educated, they've seen the product, and when they do reach out they're much further along in their thinking. Our reps spend less time on basic qualification and more time on actual selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for this amazing review!

So happy Navattic changed the conversation for your team, from giving marketing full ownership of demos to turning engagement data into a real feedback loop for messaging.

"Easy to use and help demo the product super efficiently"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I like the simplicity of the software and how easy it is to use. Before, our Knowledge Base consisted primarily of photos, which were helpful, but not nearly as helpful being guided through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The only downsides I'm seeing now are the very occasional errors where the AI that's being used is a bit off from what actually is being shown, but this can honestly be because this software doesn't completely understand our own software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is making our Knowledge Base a much, much smoother experience for our users and it's so far made newer users much much confident with our software, which can be pretty complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

So glad the platform's simplicity has made your Knowledge Base so much more helpful for new users!

On the occasional AI mismatch with images that look similar, that's been addressed with stricter prompting so each image maps to exactly one step.

Copilot Prompt is also worth trying if you ever want to bulk-edit generated text quickly.

"Easy, Engaging Interactive Simulations That Transform Training and Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to build interactive, click-through simulations that feel close to the real product experience. The editor makes it simple to capture flows, customize hotspots, and guide users step-by-step, which saves our team a significant amount of time compared to building demos or training environments from scratch.

It’s had a big impact on our workflow. Instead of coordinating access to live environments or worrying about something breaking, we can quickly spin up a safe, controlled simulation for training and onboarding. That’s cut down back-and-forth with other teams and lets us iterate much faster when we need to update content.

An unexpected benefit has been how engaging the simulations are for learners. We’ve seen that people retain more when they can actually “do” the task versus just watching a video. Our survey numbers don't lie - this is an EXTREMELY effective way for our customers to learn.

Finally, I also really value the partnership aspect. The Navattic team has been incredibly receptive to feedback and genuinely interested in our ideas. Having a vendor that listens and collaborates like that makes the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

One limitation with Navattic is around flexibility when it comes to maintaining and localizing simulations. For example, it would be really helpful to be able to easily change the background UI or update caption language globally. Right now, making UI updates or translating simulations for different languages can require more manual effort than we’d like.

As our product evolves often and quickly, keeping simulations fully up to date can be time-consuming, especially if there are widespread UI or text changes.

That said, the Navattic team has been very receptive to feedback and open to ideas, which gives us confidence these areas will continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Navattic, we struggled to provide a true hands-on product experience in our eLearnings. Most of our training relied on videos and static documentation, and when we wanted something more interactive, it required coordinating access to live environments or building out demo accounts. This was time-consuming and sometimes risky, as customers could accidentally disrupt or break their own environment while learning.

After implementing Navattic, we can quickly create interactive simulations that allow users to safely explore workflows on their own. This has made it much easier to deliver a “learn by doing” experience without relying on real environments.

As a result, we’ve significantly reduced the time spent setting up and maintaining demo environments, and we’re able to build and update training content much faster. It’s also improved the overall effectiveness of our eLearnings, with learners more engaged and better able to retain what they’ve learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Hi Kelsi,

Wow this is an amazing review - thank you so much!!

The training use case is one of the most compelling ways teams use Navattic, and hearing that learners are actually retaining more because they can do rather than just watch is exactly the outcome we hope for.

On localization and bulk UI updates, there's actually more here than you might expect today; Collection Global Edits let you make a change once and push it across multiple demos, the Bulk Editor applies edits across multiple steps, and Capture Translation handles translation of captures, voiceovers, AI avatars, and step text all at once.

If any of that isn't fully covering your workflow yet, reach out at support@navattic.com and the team can dig into your specific setup.

The partnership note genuinely means a lot - glad that comes through :)

"Intuitive, Evolving Platform with Helpful Copilot to Create Interactive Tours"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I like the platform’s intuitive design and the fact that it’s constantly evolving with releases that make the tool easier to use. The recent additions, like their copilot feature and the option to convert videos into interactive demos, are super helpful. The two CSMs I've had are friendly, and I’ve used their professional services offerings a handful of times, which is really convenient to have when I need it.

I find their pricing to be very reasonable given how many opportunities these interactive demos have influenced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

We had a rocky start getting our Salesforce integration set up properly with Navattic. There were some syncing issues with the playbook that was frustrating to resolve leading up to the rollout. Once we overcame those initial issues, the operations side has been generally easy to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to offer a free trial, but it was challenging and costly to maintain. Although we saw a lot of interest through initial form fills, those trials didn’t convert into closed deals very well without instructional guidance. These interactive demos have filled that gap by giving prospects a self-service way to experience our platform, without needing to talk to a sales rep right away. They’ve also been a helpful option within our chatbot, where we can direct less-qualified prospects who are asking for a demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Demo Builder with Seamless HubSpot Integration and Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The ability to quickly build and update a variety of product demos, keep them organized, and analyze and report on them is our core use case. The UI is extremely intuitive and it integrates directly with Hubspot so we can collect leads into our CRM. Customer support has been extremely helpful and available the entire time (which is several years) that I have been a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Analytics can be slightly limited (only six metrics are reported on). Making updates can be a bit manual as our demos can get a tad long. Mobile demo builder is slightly limited as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is constantly updating their product and I know they have added a lot of new AI tools. Their customer success team also reaches out regularly to stay in touch via webinars, new resources and 1:1 calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really happy to hear the HubSpot integration, analytics, and support have all been consistent wins over the years. That kind of long-term relationship means a lot to us.

A few quick notes on the callouts: the analytics view tracks six key metrics (visitors, engaged visitors, CTA clicks, CTR, time spent, and total steps) with CSV export available here: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze.

On the mobile builder, there are several layout options including Mobile Zoom, Swipe, Alert, and Scaled View: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

"Game-changer for organizations across Sales, Marketing, and L&D"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The best part about Navattic is how ridiculously easy it is to get familiar with the platform and start creating demos right away. I also love that the Navattic team is constantly rolling out new features and functions, which keeps adding value to our interactive demos. The new AI features are genuinely useful and save me time. In my experience over the past few months, Navattic has been consistently up and running, and we haven’t had any downtime (at least none that I’m aware of). And on the rare occasion I’ve needed support, the Navattic team has been awesome and gets you where you want to be in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The only thing I dislike about Navattic is that I really want to be able to get links directly to a certain demos within a checklist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic has completely replaced the need of creating time-consuming Articulate Storylines for interactive software learning. Storylines for eLearning used to take me days, whereas I can build and launch a Navattic within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Hi Nicole!

This is such a great review to read - replacing Articulate Storylines with Navattic builds in minutes instead of days is a huge win, and the L&D use case is one we love seeing!

On linking directly to a specific demo within a checklist - good news, that's actually already possible! Checklist Tasks support a "Navigate to URL" click action so you can link out to any demo directly, and Tasks can also trigger a Flow within the same demo. More details here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/checklist

"Powerful Interactive Demos, But Fragmented UX and Limited AI Context Hold It Back"
3/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

In general, interactive demo experiences are awesome way to show they product. It's great for website, and a good tool for sales/cs. I like that it takes HTML and I can edit that (remove PII, or just change minor details to be more relevant) - that flexibility is awesome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

It's hard to use . Everything is so fragmented. For example, that you can't apply next/back buttons to all tool tips in a flow, you have to manually add. Finding the buttons you need is really hard to find what you need (view between one-step and multi-step is so different). And the AI is okay, but it's not useful. What I really miss here is context. You just select a dropdown for purpose, but it doesn't have any context about actual purpose. Because of this, it's not useful.

My biggest frustration is that there is no linking between flows. I want to reuse flows between experiences, and this means a lot of updating. Another frustrating but minor thing - there is no internal vs external naming. This makes it really hard to see what experiences you have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Showcase our product easier, and earlier. Lower barrier to entry for people to experience our product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Really appreciate the detailed feedback here, and glad the HTML editing flexibility has been useful for tailoring demos to different audiences.

On the next/back buttons, good news is you can apply those across an entire flow at once through Flow Settings, or set them as a workspace-wide default so new tooltips include them automatically: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows

For the AI's lack of context on purpose, a new Workspace Knowledge feature for Copilot lets you define your brand voice and product context so suggestions are more tailored going forward.

On flow reuse and internal/external naming, copying flows into a new demo is possible today through the Bulk Editor, and Labels can help distinguish internal versus external demos at a glance: https://docs.navattic.com/help/glossary

Feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com if you want to walk through any of these together.

"Intuitive UI and Helpful Docs Made Building Client Demos Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The ease of use was really good. The UI was very intuitive. They also have pretty good docs to refer to when I needed help, including an AI Assistant that pointed me in the right direction just about everytime. Helped us create a pretty good demo for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I think the pricing is pretty high. I wish we were able to create a public link with the free version, but right now we just have stuff pointing to the preview link. Right now it is not worth the ROI to upgrade to $500/mo but in the future with enough use cases this could be worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

They made it really easy to create a demo that is good enough to put in front of our prospective clients without having much expertise in video editing, etc. Performance has been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, great feature demos"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is easy to use, and a powerful tool to help our users understand not only how to use a feature, but what they can do with it. It's also easy to update, so it's easy to use as features scale. And with recent updates, it's exciting to see how we'll be able to use it moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The UI is not the most intuitive, even though it's fairly easy to use once you know how to do it. Also, there's a limited amount of customization, so it would be nice to see more of that in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps our users understand how our product works and what they can do with it. It’s also more engaging than a video walkthrough, which makes it easier for them to stay focused and follow along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great platform! Really useful for walkthroughs of software for employees."
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

It's very easy to use and easy to share what you've created with anyone. Many different teams can use it. It's helpful to send to employees to explain how to use commonly used software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Some steps are very manual, would be nice to have more copy and paste functions between different paths. Maybe include some AI functions too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used Navattic to create walkthroughs of HR programs to share with new hires to educate them on how to use the program. They are easy to follow and informative. Employees like it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much, Michelle!

Love hearing that Navattic’s made it easy to build and share walkthroughs - especially for onboarding and education use cases.

Appreciate the feedback on manual steps too. We recently rolled out bulk editing to speed things up - here’s a quick overview if you haven’t had a chance to check it out: https://docs.navattic.com/product-updates/2024-updates#7OQRq.

There are plenty more tips and features where that came from, so definitely worth checking in with your CSM for ways to streamline editing and reduce manual work :)

Thanks again Michelle - so appreciate the support,
