"Navattic Brings Our Workflows to Life and Clearly Communicates Value"
4/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I use Navattic weekly to create workflows that tell the story of why our software helps users within our ICP. This visual aid not only creates clarity but also interest and demonstrates the value of our offerings without the need for AEs to be on the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

We need ways to do branching logic for demos. There are many audiences for a demo and we need the same demo, with a different end slide, depending on whether they are a customer or a prospect for different CTAs. Right now, we have duplicate demos and it is annoying to update them when we have updates to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us showcase our workflows in an appropriately user-guided way, and it feels easier to follow and better paced than a product video and it's nice as a leave behind for our webinars when we want to give somethng to users to show to their teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edit edit

So glad to hear Navattic is helping your team communicate your software's value in a way that feels more engaging and better paced than a product video - that's exactly what we're going for!

Great news on the undo front - draft mode actually supports standard keyboard shortcuts for undo/redo (command+z for undo, and command+Shift+z for redo). There's also a "Restore element" button in the Capture Editor for reverting changes to specific elements, and quick undo buttons pop up after actions like using the AI Copilot.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@navattic.com with any follow-up questions!

"Seamless responsive Demo along with Strong Lead Capturing Capabilities"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The ability to seamlessly integrate product demos into our website, along with the option to share demo URLs directly via email, is a significant advantage. We can also create lead generation forms within Navattic and pass user data to marketing operations platforms.

Navattic enables us to capture user demographic information, which helps us evaluate campaign performance by analyzing engagement with specific demos.

The Navattic support team has been highly responsive and consistently available whenever assistance is needed.

That said, there is one area for improvement, which we are currently discussing with their team. We would like the Navattic JavaScript to be split into two components—one for rendering the demo and another for collecting user data. Without this separation, it is difficult to properly manage consent categories for deploying Navattic demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Nothing in particular, but as I mentioned there is one area for improvement, we would like the Navattic JavaScript to be split into two components—one for rendering the demo and another for collecting user data. Without this separation, it is difficult to properly manage consent categories for deploying Navattic demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is a helpful product for our Marketing and sales team, as by using the product team members can build demos themselves without having any dependency on engineering teams. It helps to launch campaign faster and teams can reuse the same demo across prospects and channels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edit edit

Sandeep, thank you!! The lead gen form and demo embed use case you're describing is exactly what the platform is built to power.

Really glad embedding into your site, sharing via email, and passing data into your marketing ops stack has all been seamless.

On the JavaScript component split for consent category management, that's a meaningful technical need and it's actively being discussed with the team.

In the meantime, the best next step is to keep that conversation going directly with your CSM or reach out to support@navattic.com so the right people stay looped in on your specific setup.

5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I appreciate most about Navattic is its user-friendly interface and the smooth sales buying process. Throughout our entire purchasing journey, their staff demonstrated impressive expertise, which made our decision to choose Navattic an easy one. Their post sales experience is also excellent, as we have regular check in's with the team and they are responsive to all our service inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

This is still a fairly new product, and I expect they will keep adding new features over time. Since they listen to their customers, I'm looking forward to using the product as it develops further. They do a great job of keeping us posted on new features and development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic has been instrumental in addressing several challenges we face during our buying process. We use interactive demos at various stages of the buyer's journey, and Navattic consistently supports us throughout each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Navattic use led to well defined engagement from our top prospects"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Easy to use. I especially love how easy it is for me to edit my product demos to provide a customized experience for my recipients. In our business we often have a short time allotted to present a great deal of detail about our product -- Navattic enables me to share a post-demonstration takeaway to help participants absorb the content and remember how great our product is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I can't think of anything to dislike. Love the functionality and that they are always adding new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enabling clients who are not ready to schedule a demo have a limited tour of our product. Tracking tools enables me to see what parts of our product my clients are engaging with the most so I know how to follow up with greater specificity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Tammy!

The post-demo takeaway use case is such a smart one, helping participants absorb the content after the fact is something a lot of teams overlook, so it's great to hear Navattic is filling that gap for you.

Tracking engagement to know exactly where to follow up is one of those features that just makes every outreach more targeted and useful.

"Game Changer for our Knowledge Base"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The tool has helped us educate our customers. One of the best features is being able to access screenshots from other demos - this saves me a lot of time when building a new demo and flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There isn't much that I dislike about Navattic. However, I think it would be helpful if the screenshots could scale from one screen to another. For example, I have to take all screenshots on my laptop and cannot use my desktop. If I use my desktop, it does not display correctly when viewing on a laptop later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is helping us educate our customers. We have built interactive guides for our most-used features, and customers can access these through our knowledge base center. We're able to quickly assist with general how-to questions, and it has decreased the amount of support tickets we receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Using demos to power a knowledge base and cut down on support tickets is such a smart application. Really glad that use case is working well for your team.

On the screenshot scaling issue: Navattic has responsive strategies (Scale Width, Responsive, Fill, and Fixed) that can help with cross-device display. Capturing at 1440x900 or smaller and using Scale Width or Responsive tends to work best for most setups. More details here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/responsive

"Easy to Use with Great Customer Service—A Great Tool for Showcasing Demos"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

It's very easy to use, customer service is great and overall a great tool to showcase demo's! I like how I'm able to scale it across the entire sales org, for SDRs / AEs to CSMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Definitely some areas for improvement especially around what you can highlight and where you can put a beam / pulse etc. It's often limited and templated. We should definitely have the ability to use it to our own will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our platform is constantly updating and we have workflows for clients for them to understand our App. With Nevattic, we can make and build a repeatable process that clients can sift through whenever they have a question. We call it our Loop Help Center. We want to build out short demos showcasing features and workflows that will benefit the users of Loop, and Navattic will help us realize that. "Navattic Transformed Our Sales Conversations with Self-Serve Demos and Insightful Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The thing I like best is how much it changed the conversation — literally. Before Navattic, we'd get on a discovery call and spend the first fifteen minutes just explaining what we do. Now prospects have already clicked through the demo on their own time, so they come in with actual questions. That shift has made our sales conversations so much more productive.

But honestly, what won me over day-to-day is how much ownership it gave our marketing team. We're not filing requests with engineering every time we want to update a demo or build a new one for a campaign. We can just do it ourselves. For a team that moves fast, that kind of autonomy is worth a lot.

The analytics have also been a quiet game-changer. I didn't expect to get that much signal from demo engagement data, but knowing which steps resonate and which ones lose people has shaped how we think about our messaging well beyond just the demo itself. It's become one of our better feedback loops for understanding what prospects actually care about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The biggest problem we were running into was that prospects had no real way to experience our product before committing to a sales call. We were asking people to block 30 minutes on their calendar just to see if we were even worth their time — and a lot of them just didn't bother. We were losing people at the top of the funnel not because our product wasn't good, but because we couldn't show them that fast enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem was that we had no good middle ground. Either someone booked a demo call with us — which required time, scheduling, and a decent amount of trust upfront — or they signed up for a trial and got lost trying to figure things out on their own. Neither was working the way we needed it to.

We were watching good prospects go quiet. Not because they weren't interested, but because we couldn't meet them where they were. People want to evaluate software on their own terms now. They don't want to talk to a sales rep before they've already decided it's worth their time. We weren't giving them a way to do that.

Navattic gave us that. And the benefit has shown up in a few different ways.

The most immediate one was just pipeline quality. The leads coming through after engaging with a demo are warmer. They've self-educated, they've seen the product, and when they do reach out they're much further along in their thinking. Our reps spend less time on basic qualification and more time on actual selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and help demo the product super efficiently"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I like the simplicity of the software and how easy it is to use. Before, our Knowledge Base consisted primarily of photos, which were helpful, but not nearly as helpful being guided through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The only downsides I'm seeing now are the very occasional errors where the AI that's being used is a bit off from what actually is being shown, but this can honestly be because this software doesn't completely understand our own software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is making our Knowledge Base a much, much smoother experience for our users and it's so far made newer users much much confident with our software, which can be pretty complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So glad the platform's simplicity has made your Knowledge Base so much more helpful for new users!

On the occasional AI mismatch with images that look similar, that's been addressed with stricter prompting so each image maps to exactly one step.

Copilot Prompt is also worth trying if you ever want to bulk-edit generated text quickly.

"Easy, Engaging Interactive Simulations That Transform Training and Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to build interactive, click-through simulations that feel close to the real product experience. The editor makes it simple to capture flows, customize hotspots, and guide users step-by-step, which saves our team a significant amount of time compared to building demos or training environments from scratch.

It’s had a big impact on our workflow. Instead of coordinating access to live environments or worrying about something breaking, we can quickly spin up a safe, controlled simulation for training and onboarding. That’s cut down back-and-forth with other teams and lets us iterate much faster when we need to update content.

An unexpected benefit has been how engaging the simulations are for learners. We’ve seen that people retain more when they can actually “do” the task versus just watching a video. Our survey numbers don't lie - this is an EXTREMELY effective way for our customers to learn.

Finally, I also really value the partnership aspect. The Navattic team has been incredibly receptive to feedback and genuinely interested in our ideas. Having a vendor that listens and collaborates like that makes the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

One limitation with Navattic is around flexibility when it comes to maintaining and localizing simulations. For example, it would be really helpful to be able to easily change the background UI or update caption language globally. Right now, making UI updates or translating simulations for different languages can require more manual effort than we’d like.

As our product evolves often and quickly, keeping simulations fully up to date can be time-consuming, especially if there are widespread UI or text changes.

That said, the Navattic team has been very receptive to feedback and open to ideas, which gives us confidence these areas will continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Navattic, we struggled to provide a true hands-on product experience in our eLearnings. Most of our training relied on videos and static documentation, and when we wanted something more interactive, it required coordinating access to live environments or building out demo accounts. This was time-consuming and sometimes risky, as customers could accidentally disrupt or break their own environment while learning.

After implementing Navattic, we can quickly create interactive simulations that allow users to safely explore workflows on their own. This has made it much easier to deliver a “learn by doing” experience without relying on real environments.

As a result, we’ve significantly reduced the time spent setting up and maintaining demo environments, and we’re able to build and update training content much faster. It’s also improved the overall effectiveness of our eLearnings, with learners more engaged and better able to retain what they’ve learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Hi Kelsi,

Wow this is an amazing review - thank you so much!!

The training use case is one of the most compelling ways teams use Navattic, and hearing that learners are actually retaining more because they can do rather than just watch is exactly the outcome we hope for.

On localization and bulk UI updates, there's actually more here than you might expect today; Collection Global Edits let you make a change once and push it across multiple demos, the Bulk Editor applies edits across multiple steps, and Capture Translation handles translation of captures, voiceovers, AI avatars, and step text all at once.

If any of that isn't fully covering your workflow yet, reach out at support@navattic.com and the team can dig into your specific setup.

The partnership note genuinely means a lot - glad that comes through :)

"Intuitive, Evolving Platform with Helpful Copilot to Create Interactive Tours"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I like the platform’s intuitive design and the fact that it’s constantly evolving with releases that make the tool easier to use. The recent additions, like their copilot feature and the option to convert videos into interactive demos, are super helpful. The two CSMs I've had are friendly, and I’ve used their professional services offerings a handful of times, which is really convenient to have when I need it.

I find their pricing to be very reasonable given how many opportunities these interactive demos have influenced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

We had a rocky start getting our Salesforce integration set up properly with Navattic. There were some syncing issues with the playbook that was frustrating to resolve leading up to the rollout. Once we overcame those initial issues, the operations side has been generally easy to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to offer a free trial, but it was challenging and costly to maintain. Although we saw a lot of interest through initial form fills, those trials didn’t convert into closed deals very well without instructional guidance. These interactive demos have filled that gap by giving prospects a self-service way to experience our platform, without needing to talk to a sales rep right away. They’ve also been a helpful option within our chatbot, where we can direct less-qualified prospects who are asking for a demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
