"Turning product tours into a real pipeline driver"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is the combination of ease of use and how much the product has evolved over the last year. Building tours using the Chrome extension is very intuitive, and it’s now much faster to update demos or re‑select captures when our product UI changes. The improvements in the interface also make it easier to understand the full tour you’re building at a glance.

The quality and realism of the demos is another big plus. Beyond the guided steps, users can freely explore the interface, scroll, and see additional options, which is especially valuable for complex engineering and design software like ours. It creates a much more complete and realistic product experience.

Overall, Navattic gives marketing teams a lot of autonomy to create self‑guided, “choose your own adventure” product tours for MOFU audiences — especially since we started using checklists, which give users the option to explore what they’re truly interested in. The support team has also been consistently strong: responsive, flexible with time zones, and proactive through webinars and product updates. We’re also very interested in recent innovations like their AI Agents launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

For complex products like ours, the most time‑consuming part is the upfront work of organizing the story you want to tell. Defining the right paths and deciding what to show in a guided tour requires internal alignment before you start building, especially when the software has multiple use cases and levels of depth.

Our main blocker today is around integrations and visitor identification, particularly when using NavatticJS together with Pardot forms. Due to iframe and browser constraints, we haven’t been able to automatically identify users who submit a Pardot form and seamlessly link them to identified visitors in Navattic, which has slowed down our setup. As a result, we’re now moving forward with the direct Salesforce integration, and the Navattic team has been extremely supportive throughout the process, helping us resolve questions and guiding us step by step.

As a more minor point, while building tours we’ve occasionally run into small UX or scripting edge cases — for example, tooltips not anchoring exactly where intended — which can require some trial and error when fine‑tuning more complex flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us address a key gap in our mid‑funnel (MOFU) strategy by giving prospects a realistic way to explore the product before they’re ready to request a live demo. A meaningful portion of our website visitors weren’t prepared to book time with our sales team, and before Navattic we didn’t have an easy or credible way for them to experience the product on their own.

With this tool, we can offer self‑guided, “choose your own adventure” product tours that complement—rather than cannibalize—our bottom‑of‑the‑funnel conversion points. As a result, prospects come into sales conversations more informed and with clearer intent, which improves lead quality and overall efficiency.

Since implementing Navattic, interactive tours have become one of our top five conversion points for generating new pipeline. From an efficiency standpoint, tours are also among our best‑performing channels. Their efficiency rate (net revenue growth ÷ pipeline) has been the closest to our “Request a Demo” conversion point.

Overall, Navattic lets us scale product education across the funnel, strengthen lead quality ahead of sales conversations, and give marketing full ownership of creating and updating product experiences without relying on engineering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really appreciate the depth of this review, Javier! It's clear you've gotten deep into the product and are squeezing a lot of value out of it :)

On the Pardot + NavatticJS visitor identification blocker; we're glad the team was able to guide you toward the Salesforce integration path. Docs for that are here if helpful: https://docs.navattic.com/integrations/salesforce

On tooltip anchoring in complex flows, there's a recent improvement worth knowing about: Preserve Anchors when Replacing Captures keeps tooltips precisely placed when you update a demo. The FAQs also cover fixing off-screen tooltips: https://docs.navattic.com/help/faqs

Really glad tours have become a top-five conversion point for your team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

"Navattic Makes Follow-Ups Stand Out with Shareable Demos, Logos & Engagement Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is a great tool that I use in all of my follow-up emails to customers. It helps me share demo overviews in a way that’s easy for them to pass along to their teams. I also love that it can incorporate customer logos and track each time it’s used, so I can see which customers are truly engaged. On top of that, being able to send it as an image or GIF spices up my emails and helps them stand out a bit more. I also love how easy the email plugin is to insert a quick link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

It can be a bit buggy and sometimes I need to remove and add the integration to get the email plugin to work. Also, when I associate it with a salesforce opp, it will only automatically put in that contact vs. everyone copied in the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me get demos out to customers quickly and easily, which makes it simple to spread awareness across a customer team. It also helps me track customer engagement and learn about new IPs that are part of the evaluation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the great review, Joelle!

So glad to hear that Navattic is helping your follow-ups stand out and making it easier to track engagement across customer teams - love that you’re making use of logos and shareable formats.

Appreciate the feedback on cloning setups and GIFs. Good news on the latter: you can still add GIFs to a demo using our Media Capture feature or by uploading directly into HTML steps in the Capture Editor - more here: https://docs.navattic.com/docs/demo-capture#media-captures.

For streamlining repeat demo creation, definitely check out the 1-to-many demo feature too, which makes sending out variations a lot easier: https://docs.navattic.com/docs/one-to-many-demos.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM or support@navattic.com if you have any follow up questions!

"Top Interactive Demo Platform w/Elite Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I do love Navattic as a platform - so much so that I've now used it across my last 4 places I've worked for building interactive demos.

There's so many great features that it's hard to narrow down exactly what is the best - but for my current role the ability to use HTML editing on my product walk throughs is clucth as we deal with sensitive info alot... so being able to make sure the editing of what is being shown in a quick/easy way is crucial for me.

But, what's somehow even more amazing to me, is their team that supports this product. Navattic has obviously placed value on growing at a healthy pace + hiring the best possible people they can to support their end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Nothing at this time - for my use cases + needs they have everything that I could ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a way to quickly build an interactive demo walkthrough of our platform - something that simply isn't something our competitors so there's a clear advantage for us to move fast... which Navattic helped us do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Four companies in a row choosing Navattic for interactive demos says a lot, thank you for sticking with us, Adam!

Glad the HTML editing is giving you the control you need for handling sensitive info in your walkthroughs.

The support team will love hearing this.

"Interactive demo's are a must-have, Navattic is the best-in-class"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The ease of use is great. Be it for bigger interactive demo's where we show our vast set of features, or for smaller step-by-step guides as part of our help center. Creating a demo takes minutes, and with the constant flow of new features - like Mobile Zoom - it helps deepen our user experience.

The integrations are powerful too. The sync with HubSpot is magic. Direct meetings booked via our meeting links and easy sync with our timelines, making sure everything lives in one place. Excited about AI features too, but haven't tried them out that much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The demo overview can get a bit cluttered when you have lots of them for different teams and use cases. A folder structure would be great to organise everything neatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a feature-rich SaaS tool which solves a wide range of problems for our customers. Creating guides took us a lot of time. Navattic helps us create interactive demo's quickly and with ease, so we can explain the value of our product in a compact, user friendly way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the great review, Levi!

Awesome to hear that Navattic’s made it faster and easier to create both high-level demos and step-by-step guides across your help center.

Appreciate the note on demo organization too - we’ve heard similar feedback and put together some workspace strategies here that might help in the meantime: https://docs.navattic.com/workspace-organization.

Feel free to share more with your CSM if you have specific needs or ideas around demo management across teams.

Thanks again Levi!!

"Intuitive tool for a multitude of use cases across teams!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Super easy to use and navigate. The platform is intuitive and the knowledge center is vast for the things you are not able to easily figure out. They have made many AI updates recently that have made my life so much easier!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Some of the titles of sections in their UI are not super intuitive, making it a little hard to find things at times. Super minor, though, and easy to overcome if you use the platform a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves showing prospects and customers what our B2B data looks like in our internal platform, partner integrations, and platform integrations. It is a great tool for our channel sales reps to use in prospect conversations, is a great leave behind for sales and CS calls, and can even be used as an internal enablement tool for new hires or to introduce a new tool or product to teams for ongoing enablement. It gives great visibility into product areas where we did not have a concise and clean way to show others before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Tool for Customer Enablement, Despite Minor Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I love using Navattic as a guide on how to do something in the platform, especially for really technical or multistep complex guides. It's easier to follow versus a developer document. I also find it easy to use, and I like how you can batch edit things like beacons and highlights. Additionally, I love that we can change the URL to a custom product or feature name. Learning Navattic from my colleague was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I don't like the auto screen capture. It just takes too many screenshots especially when you click into drop down tabs, ellipses and such. That's too much. I like the auto generate text descriptions but the downside is it's not always right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Navattic for creating enablement feature tours, simplifying complex guides, and managing demos. It improves customer onboarding, helps with learning features, and fills an enablement gap by reducing reliance on PMs and CSMs for demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superb for Self-Service Demos, Easy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I really like just how easy it is to use Navattic. Once you've got it down, it's very simple and straightforward. It really gets the job done. One of my favorite parts is at the end, it lets you link to a CTA of your choosing, which allows us to take customers straight from Navattic right into our product to use the feature we want them to. This is super helpful because it helps them see what the experience would be like and then actually implement it, which is huge for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Nothing super specific. I think I haven't used the AI tools in it yet, but from what my team has said, it hasn't been super great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves the problem of providing a self-service way for customers to learn about our features without needing a person present. It’s easy to use and lets us link to a CTA, taking users straight to our product to use the feature we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Still the best tool on the market"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is truly the best, tool. It’s very easy to use, and our customers love how it lays over our actual platform so they can see exactly what they would see when they’re logged into their account. I also love how interactive the platform is. It’s simple to refresh the demos without having to create completely new ones every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There isn’t much to dislike about Navattic. It can feel a little slow at times, but that may also be due to mediocre internet on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic has helped us solve a significant challenge: our existing customers often need additional training, but our team doesn’t always have the capacity to run live sessions on short notice. With Navattic, we can send interactive videos that let customers engage directly with our platform at their own pace. Whenever we launch a new feature, we can quickly create a new Navattic walkthrough, and we’ve seen a noticeable reduction in customer inquiries as a result. We also really appreciate the support Navattic has provided us. We still use Navattic on a day to day basis and ar contantly creating new and improved demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, Tess!

That note about the screen taking multiple shots at once during auto capture is definitely something we’d want to take a closer look at - it could be a potential bug or a workflow issue. Would you mind reaching out to support or your CSM so we can help troubleshoot?

We appreciate you calling this out and want to make sure capturing is as smooth as possible.

"Engaging No-Code Interactive Demos That Help Customers Explore at Their Own Pace"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like most about Navattic is that it enables companies to showcase their product without needing a live demo. The interactive demos are far more engaging than a video or a long product page, since users can explore the product at their own pace and focus on what matters to them. I also appreciate that it’s a no-code platform, which makes it much easier for marketing and sales teams to build, update, and iterate on demos without relying heavily on engineering. Overall, it addresses a real need by helping potential customers understand a product quickly and feel confident about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The biggest drawback for me is that building polished, interactive demos can take a while, especially when you’re new to the tool. If there were more beginner-friendly templates and clearer guidance, the onboarding process would feel much easier and more approachable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic lets people explore a product through interactive demos without needing a live sales call. It’s a real time-saver, makes the product easier to understand, and helps me evaluate software faster and with more confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helping people explore a product at their own pace without needing a live demo is exactly what we're going for, so this made our day.

"User-Friendly, Powerful Interactive Demos with Great Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is how user-friendly it is for business users. Thanks to excellent onboarding from our CSM, Ryan J., I was able to quickly learn how to build and edit interactive demos. It has completely empowered me to create high-converting demand generation assets independently, while also providing the tracking capabilities needed to measure their impact on our pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The platform has a slight learning curve at first. Because it's fully customizable, there are a lot of menus and options, which means it can take some time to remember where specific settings live. It took a few tries to feel completely natural, but it's incredibly powerful once you get the hang of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the challenge of gated, static content by allowing us to easily build interactive, hands-on product experiences for prospects. It also removes the dependency on technical teams to build these assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Building high-converting demand gen assets independently, with full tracking tied back to pipeline, is a great way to put it. Really glad Navattic has made that possible without any engineering dependency.

Shoutout to Ryan J. for the onboarding experience too!

On the learning curve: the fully customizable nature of the platform does mean more to explore upfront, but it sounds like you've gotten to the point where it's really paying off!

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic
