What stands out most is how much control it puts in marketing's hands. We use it to build interactive demo experiences for our website, and the no-code editor means I can create, edit, and publish demos without ever looping in engineering. That alone has cut our turnaround time from weeks to days when we need to update a demo for a new feature or campaign. The interactions feel smooth and realistic to prospects, not like a clunky screen recording, which has made it a genuinely effective tool for letting visitors self-serve and explore the product before ever talking to sales. Honestly, there isn't much to point to. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there are occasional small styling constraints where I want more granular design control, but it's never been a real blocker. Overall the platform has done exactly what we needed it to do without major friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really glad the no-code editor has cut your turnaround time from weeks to days and given marketing that kind of control.
On the styling constraints, custom CSS across every element isn't natively exposed yet, but the Theme builder handles global design tokens like fonts and colors, and the Capture Editor covers more granular, element-level adjustments.
