"Easy, No-Code Interactive Demos That Save Our Sales Team Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it makes building interactive product demos without needing developer resources. We can give prospects a realistic feel for the product before they even book a live demo, which saves us a ton of time in the sales process and keeps our demos more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The one thing I'd improve is the process of creating and sharing demo links – it could be a bit more streamlined and intuitive. Otherwise, we've had a great experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic lets us show our product to prospects without needing a live rep on every call, which speeds up our sales cycle and frees up our team's time. It also gives us a consistent, polished demo experience regardless of who's presenting, so prospects get the same quality impression whether they're talking to sales, moving through a self-serve funnel, or following up after a call. So happy to hear Navattic is helping your team give prospects a realistic feel for the product while keeping things consistent across the sales cycle.

Thanks for the note on demo link creation and sharing - the Navattic Basics guide covers the sharing flow if it's helpful in the meantime: https://docs.navattic.com/help/basics

"A simple and customizable solution for interactive demos. Incredible Customer support 10/10 love it."
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

We've been using this product for almost 3 years now and it has never had any issues. This is such a powerful tool, and I love seeing inbound demos converting from the interacctive demo itself because I know they're already familiar with how the product works and ready to talk to our sales team.

We built our first demo in only a few hourse, and it was a breeze. There is still a lot more use cases we are wanting to implement this product into.

Also, customer support has always been VERY responsive to any and all questions.

Update:

Still an amazing product. The Navattic team continues to build amazing functionality and features. The best thing they have launched recently is their MCP feature. This has unlocked a ton of reporting and functionality using Claude and Hubspot that I'm very excited to dive into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There is definitely a LOT you can do with this tool. Take some time to look into the help articles to find out the best way to build your demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helps website visitors to get into our product and see the functionality. They are much more qualified when talking to our sales team. This also helps us to identify accounts that are deeper into the buying cycle so that we can prioritize our outreach to them and reach out at relevant timing. Peyton, nearly three years in and still loving it - that genuinely makes our day!

So glad Navattic has been a consistent, reliable part of your workflow and that inbound demos are converting with prospects who already know the product inside and out.

You mentioned there's a learning curve for getting the most out of all the features - our help docs at https://docs.navattic.com/ are always a great place to dig in and discover new use cases.

Thank you for the continued support!

"Navattic’s Intelligent HTML Identification Makes Demo Dummifying Fast and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I love the HTML identification for creating dummy descriptions across all web captures. It saves us a ton of time. The whole dummifying process is a pain point for all of us when we’re building demos, so having this in place makes things much easier. Overall, Navattic’s intelligence has been awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There’s a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to do some simple things, like highlighting in the web capture and understanding where I can place a shape (right now, only the dot is available). Exporting to video is also difficult, which is frustrating given the strong need for marketing videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Demo creattion for sure. The easiness of creating a tour to introduce our platform is great.

Also, I think Navattic could be used for user trainings, despite this is not the tool we go with today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Thanks so much for the detailed review, Lis!

Love hearing that the HTML identification has been a big time-saver for your team—making the dummifying process easier is exactly what we hoped it would do.

Glad to hear that you were able to get up to speed with Navattic and we are always trying to make the demo building experience even easier.

Appreciate you flagging the confusion around highlighting - just in case it helps, you can add Beacons (dot) by clicking “Add element > Beacon” at the bottom of your step. From there, you can customize placement, size, and even enable Anchor highlights for more flexibility. Here's more on the topic: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows#beacon

I love the idea of adding more shapes, though! Will bring this up to the product team :)

Passing along your feedback on exporting to video with our team as well.

Thank you for the support,

"A Game-Changer for Our PMM Team! Easy, Fun, and Backed by Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I've been using Navattic for a few years now, and it's become a game-changer for our PMM team — and our top-performing channel in terms of conversion rates. Lately we've been expanding our use cases: using Navattic for GIFs to highlight small but meaningful releases on social; for conferences, to put together product walkthroughs and email comms; and to showcase our latest innovations. Using the product is a breeze (and dare I say... fun?!). The new MCP integration has also been incredible for analyzing data and performance metrics, and their support team is top-notch. Can't imagine doing what I do without Navattic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Nothing specific comes to mind. I’ve run into a bug here or there, like with any software, but it’s usually addressed and fixed promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us showcase our product innovation in a scalable, targeted way. Before Navattic, we relied on clunky walkthroughs, Loom videos with voiceovers, and other makeshift workflows that never quite hit the mark — they were time-consuming to produce, hard to update, and ultimately didn't give our audience the hands-on experience we wanted them to have. Navattic changed that. Now we can create polished, interactive product experiences that meet people where they are, whether that's a conference booth, a social post, or an email campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few years in and still your top-performing channel for conversions is an incredible milestone, Amaury!

Love that the team keeps finding new use cases, from GIFs to conference walkthroughs to email campaigns, and that the MCP integration has been useful for digging into performance data.

Glad the support team keeps hitting the mark for you too.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

"The Demo Automation Platform That Runs My Entire Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Starting off with ease of use — the Navattic team constantly pushes updates that make my life easier. I rarely have to open the documentation to understand how the product works. It's intuitive and simple, yet packed with features. The 2025 addition of sandbox demos has been an absolute game changer, opening up even more possibilities for how we engage prospects.

Next, I want to highlight all the different ways I use Navattic to support our business — from sales enablement to internal education, conferences, and even POCs. I use it every single day, and at this point my work essentially runs on Navattic.

Finally, an honorable mention to the incredible support team. They respond immediately whenever I have even a minor issue. A huge shoutout to Alex on support, and to Kayla, our CSM, who has been fantastic to work with — always patient, always helpful, no matter how many questions I throw her way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Guys, the Salesforce and Marketo integrations are not my favorite. Apart from that, I really don't actually dislike anything.

Making a perfect product is impossible, and you guys are doing an amazing job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially adopted Navattic for top-of-funnel demo automation in our sales process, but over the past year I've successfully expanded its use across the organization. We now actively use it for internal enablement — onboarding teams and keeping them up to speed on product updates — as well as partner enablement and live conference demos. For early-stage and straightforward sales conversations, Navattic guides have become our go-to for live demos too, giving reps a polished, consistent experience without needing to go deep into the product.

If it were up to me, I'd embed Navattic guides directly into our user-facing documentation as well — that's how much I trust the format to communicate product value clearly.

And then there's sandbox demos. Introduced in 2025, this feature has been a complete game-changer for us. It bridges the gap between a guided tour and a full hands-on trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So glad to hear that Navattic has become such a key part of your daily workflow.

Love that you’re using it across so many areas and that our team has been there to support you along the way.

Appreciate the note on the Salesforce integration too. The team is actively collecting feedback in that area, so this is super helpful to hear.

"Intuitive, Easy-to-Use UI/UX That Gets You Up and Running Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely a pleasure to navigate and everything feels like it's exactly where you'd expect it to be. Getting up and running takes almost no effort at all; you can go from first login to fully set up in just a few minutes, without needing a manual or a support ticket. Overall, it's a smooth, user-friendly experience from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Honestly, the Playbooks tab had a lot going for it at first glance. It really caught my attention and seemed like it was going to be one of the standout features. But once I actually got into it and started using it hands-on, it didn't quite live up to that initial impression. It's one of those cases where the concept was more compelling than the execution ended up being in practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think that the Navattic team is always upping their game on the Customer Support side and it very refreshing to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Godsend for Technical Writing and User Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic has improved in leaps and bounds over the last few months, and each iteration I'm loving all the more. Navattic being able to highlight and edit individual elements on a screen makes a technical writer's job way easier. User love Navattics too, they test really well. Being able to show users, not just describe in written steps, really is technical writing best practice, and a godsend for complex UIs. We use it for new user's onboarding processes as well, as we find it's by far the best way to teach new users. We're also obsessed with the AI features that are new in Navattic, such as being able to upload a style guide and get the instructions written in that tone of voice/style Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Absolutely none. We love Navattic. I would always recommend technical writers use Navattic for their multimedia needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves SO much time with multimedia. We used to have to take a screenshot, manually mark it up then also manually apply custom code to it, but now Navattic not only takes care if that, but it provides a much better user experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Interactive Demos That Put Marketing in Control"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What stands out most is how much control it puts in marketing's hands. We use it to build interactive demo experiences for our website, and the no-code editor means I can create, edit, and publish demos without ever looping in engineering. That alone has cut our turnaround time from weeks to days when we need to update a demo for a new feature or campaign. The interactions feel smooth and realistic to prospects, not like a clunky screen recording, which has made it a genuinely effective tool for letting visitors self-serve and explore the product before ever talking to sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Honestly, there isn't much to point to. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there are occasional small styling constraints where I want more granular design control, but it's never been a real blocker. Overall the platform has done exactly what we needed it to do without major friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Navattic, building or updating an interactive product demo for our website meant relying on engineering resources and waiting in a dev queue, which made it hard to move quickly on marketing campaigns or respond to product changes. Navattic solved that by letting marketing own the entire process end-to-end.

Now we can create and publish demo experiences ourselves, iterate quickly when messaging or features change, and give website visitors a self-serve way to explore the product without needing to book a call with sales first. It's meaningfully shortened our time-to-publish and let prospects engage with the product on their own terms earlier in their buying journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Really glad the no-code editor has cut your turnaround time from weeks to days and given marketing that kind of control.

On the styling constraints, custom CSS across every element isn't natively exposed yet, but the Theme builder handles global design tokens like fonts and colors, and the Capture Editor covers more granular, element-level adjustments.

"Effortless Interactive Demos That Save Time and Boost Client Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create interactive demos for our platform features. I love so many things about Navattic, but the best one would definitely be the ability to replace a single step by simply recapturing the affected screen. Gone are the days when we had to redo videos from start to finish every time our platform got an update or UI refresh. Just go back to the demo file on Navattic, recapture the affected screen, and publish - easy with no lags and long render times. We use these interactive demos in our help centre, and we have a lot of demos that we regularly maintain as well. So being able to quickly and easily update them enables us to serve our clients in the best way possible, while also saving us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I don't really dislike anything about Navattic because it has improved our demo creation process a lot. But if we're going to nitpick, it can be difficult to find older demos when there are a lot of items in one folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic drastically lessens the time we have to spend creating and maintaining our interactive demos on our help centre. We used to rely on videos, which we had to remake every time a product update was released, and that meant redoing almost everything. Now, Navattic ensures we deliver up-to-date and accurate demos embedded in our support articles, without needing to allot too much time for this responsibility. "Quick, Easy Product Tours That Keep Demos Aligned with New Releases"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I like how quickly I can build and update product tours, which helps us keep demos aligned with new releases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

While Navattic is easy to use, I'd like to see more advanced customization options for branding and interactivity. Managing large demos can become time-consuming, and deeper analytics, such as more granular user behavior and conversion insights, would be valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us bridge the gap between product awareness and product experience. Instead of relying on static screenshots or lengthy videos, we can provide interactive, self-guided product tours that let prospects explore key workflows before starting a trial or speaking with Sales. This improves product understanding, supports self-service evaluation, enables our marketing and sales teams to showcase new features more effectively, and helps us scale product education without requiring live demos for every prospect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
