"Navattic continues to be one of my favorite SaaS products as a digital marketer"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic enables me to build the highest quality interactive tours of our product that convert website visitors to leads. Once I built my first interactive demo, I was able to build several different demos for our various use cases and easily deploy them on our website. Now we use our Navattic tours for sales enablement as well as across many pages of our website. Navattic is a key tool in our user conversion flow. The product is constantly being updated and Navattic's customer service is very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

It can certainly be a bit cumbersome to make bulk edits or build a long string of flows. The screen capture is very thorough but can be buggy. And we'd like it to integrate with Outreach so we can use the intent data with our BDR team more effectively and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is increasing the volume and quality of our inbound leads, our website conversion rate, and our conversion rate from meeting 1 to meeting 2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review!

It means a lot to hear Navattic is one of your favorite SaaS tools as a digital marketer!

So glad the interactive demos have helped drive conversions and support your use cases across the site. We actually have a great tool for this exact purpose called Bulk Editor. With it, you can apply edits across multiple steps at once: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows#can-i-make-edits-across-multiple-steps-at-once

Also, really appreciate you calling out areas like bulk editing, flow building, and screen capture quirks. That kind of feedback is super valuable.

Regarding an Outreach integration, Navattic share links can be connected to Outreach for visitor identification and demo engagement tracking. I attached an article here to learn more about how to set this up: https://www.navattic.com/blog/ungated-interactive-demos#:~:text=Option%20%232%3A%20Demo%20Share%20Links%20for%20active%20prospects

Also, feel free to email your CSM to help set this up - they'd be happy to help.

Thanks again!

"Super Simple UI, Fast Updates, and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Super simple UI with plenty of branding options. It’s an easy way to capture and showcase product features. I update our flows quarterly, and the process is fast and painless. Customer support has also been great -- they’ve reviewed our flows and offered practical recommendations to make them better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The main issue I’ve run into is that the gating is easy to bypass. We’d likely capture more leads if it weren’t so easy to skip past it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves the problem of showing product value and generating leads without relying on live demos or constant engineering support. It lets us create interactive, self-guided product experiences that highlight key features and use cases while capturing interest from prospects earlier in the funnel. That’s benefited us by making it easier to educate buyers, generate leads, keep demos current with a quarterly update cadence, and give sales and marketing a flexible asset they can use across campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic

Thanks for such a detailed and thoughtful review, Margo!

Awesome to hear that the simple UI and quick update process make it easy to keep your flows fresh each quarter - and huge kudos to our support team for being helpful along the way.

Really appreciate the feedback on gating and how it’s impacting your lead capture. You can actually increase security by adding a Passcode to your demo share links to ensure only viewers with the code can access the demo. We’ve also recently tightened up mobile security by preventing form step bypassing via swipe gestures.

However, mind reaching out to your CSM or support@navattic.com to also flag this to them? We'd love to resolve this asap.

"AI Copilot and High-Fidelity HTML/CSS Demos That Work Everywhere"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The feature I get the most value from is the AI Copilot — it dramatically speeds up demo creation. Instead of building every tooltip and step manually, it generates a first draft of the demo copy and story structure for me, which I then refine to match Paystand's messaging. That alone saves a meaningful amount of time when I'm spinning up demos for different use cases.

I also really like how demos can be embedded across multiple channels — our website, email outreach, LinkedIn — without rebuilding anything. For a sales-assisted motion like ours, having one polished demo that works everywhere is a huge workflow win.

The HTML/CSS capture is noticeably better than screenshot-based tools — hover states, animations, and dynamic UI elements are all preserved, which makes the demo feel like the real product rather than a static slideshow. Prospects engage with it much more naturally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The main friction point is the editing and updating workflow — once a demo is live, making changes after a product update takes longer than it should. When we're moving fast between releases, that lag adds up.

I'd also love to see stronger post-demo engagement signals pushed directly to the sales workflow. Right now the demo does its job, but knowing exactly which steps a prospect spent time on — and having that surface as a next-step prompt in our CRM — would make follow-up much sharper.

Finally, the pricing structure can feel rigid for teams that are still scaling their demo usage. An annual commitment with a fixed seat structure doesn't leave much room to experiment, especially when you're trying to justify ROI early on. More usage-based flexibility would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem Navattic solves for us is removing the dependency on a live environment to run a compelling demo. Before, coordinating a product walkthrough meant relying on a stable sandbox, live data, and everything behaving perfectly — which it doesn't always. Now we can deliver a consistent, polished experience every time regardless of what's happening in the actual product.

It's also solved the scalability problem around demo delivery. We were struggling to get interactive product experiences in front of prospects early in the funnel without requiring a full sales call. With Navattic, we can embed a demo directly on a landing page or drop it into an email sequence, which means prospects self-qualify before they ever talk to someone on our team.

The AI Copilot has specifically cut down the time it takes to go from "we need a demo for this use case" to something ready to share — what used to take a full day of building and copywriting now comes together much faster.

The overall benefit is a more consistent buyer experience with less manual effort per demo, which is exactly what you need when you're running demos across multiple segments and campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for this awesome review Daniela!

So glad the AI Copilot has been cutting down build time, and that the embed-anywhere workflow is landing well for your sales motion!

On updating live demos after product releases - Recapture automatically replaces changed screens, and since Captures are shared across flows, one update propagates everywhere it's referenced. The Bulk Editor and Replace Capture round out the toolkit for keeping things current: https://docs.navattic.com/workspace/workspace-organization

On post-demo engagement in your CRM - there are native integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot that sync demo engagement data directly to Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals, plus Pipeline Impact dashboards. Marketo, Pardot, Segment, Slack, and Webhooks are also supported: https://docs.navattic.com/integrations/overview

On pricing flexibility - reach out to support@navattic.com and the team can walk through what options are available for you.

"Solid tool for embedding interactive product demos into technical documentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The authoring experience is surprisingly straightforward. I used Navattic to build interactive demos for our relaunched product academy. The end result looks and feels like a user is actually inside our product, while still being able to click around and test things in a non-destructive environment. I also appreciated the range of editing tools, which made it much easier to create a demo compared with the video content I was used to producing. Customer support is top-notch, and they are always there to answer questions or provide solutions. The new UI actually makes a lot of this easier. I found the workflow process more intuitive as I have gone on to update many of my other demos this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

A few times, the extension has stopped working for me, or some of my captures didn’t fully complete. That said, it could easily have been my internet connection and not necessarily an issue with the extension itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way for users to learn by doing, without having to stand up and maintain a separate sandbox environment. Before Navattic, our training was video-only. That worked well for some people, but it didn’t really support hands-on learners. Navattic gave us a way to embed guided, non-destructive demos directly into our docs alongside the video content, so users can actually interact with the product as part of their learning path. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Danielle!

Happy to hear that Navattic has been a great fit for embedding guided, hands-on demos directly into your product academy - the use case you described, giving users a non-destructive way to learn by doing alongside video content, is exactly what we love to support.

Appreciate the feedback on setup time for complex workflows! Planning the capture flow upfront is a real best practice, and we know it can still take some thought. Copilot Generate can help speed up that initial draft, and the Navattic Academy at https://academy.navattic.com/collections has courses built specifically to help teams tackle multi-step demo builds more efficiently.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@navattic.com with any follow up questions!

"Navattic makes showcasing products simple and effective"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like the most about Navattic is how intuitive the platform is for building interactive demos. In just a few steps, you can create personalized product experiences that allow prospects to understand the solution without the need for long implementations or lengthy sales calls. This is especially valuable for software products like ours, since it makes an intangible solution feel accesible.

Another feature that's been really useful is the HubSpot integration. Being able to connect our forms directly to the demos makes it much easier to capture and route leads without adding extra steps to the workflow, and keeps everything in sync with the rest of our marketing stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

At the moment, what I like the least is that some integrations could be deeper to make it even easier to connect with other marketing and sales tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aquí tienes la versión ampliada:

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of showing the value of our software in a simple and engaging way. Since software can often feel abstract or intangible, interactive demos make the product feel real and tangible for prospects before they ever talk to sales.

It's also helped us scale how we handle demos. Instead of relying on a sales rep to walk every prospect through the product live, we can share a self-guided demo that lets people explore at their own pace, which saves time for both our team and our prospects. "Great for Marketing & Sales Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic continues to launch new features that help us get more out of the tool and support our go-to-market efforts, highly recommend.

It's easy to use and create workflows, and integrates nicely into our website. The customer support team helped us early on with questions about integration or best practices and it was easy to get up and running right off the bat. We've adding links across our website for various product demos and it's been a helpful marketing and lead gen tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Would love more training on the best ways to leverage it from a marketing perspective or to learn about new ways to use the solution beyond our current state. The solution works great though, so no real complaints, continues to be a value driver for us and the pricing is very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides us with an demo we can embed on our website to peak user interest and then allows us to gate certain aspects of the demo to drive higher conversions. It's also helpful for our sales team when sharing demos with prospects. The solution is very customizable and helps us quickly update demos as our product changes, so it can evolve with us without much trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to show demos"
4/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I really appreciate how effortless it is to present the tutorials our team creates. While I’m not directly involved in the setup, feedback from my colleagues is that the platform is very user-friendly. On a personal level, I rely on it heavily, and it’s been an invaluable tool for my day-to-day work.

As a CSM, I primarily use it to run product demos, which makes sharing updates about upcoming features much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I love the demo aspect, but I ran into a minor friction point: I wasn't sure how to hide the text bubbles we created during a live presentation so the app looks fully live. It would be fantastic if there were a quick keyboard shortcut, or a prompt before launching the presentation, showing how to toggle those text bubbles on/off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this tool to create interactive demos for our customers, which helps us deliver a more visually immersive experience. Additionally, we develop guides to assist our customers in making the most of these demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it is to create engaging, interactive product demos without requiring technical expertise. It helps showcase product value quickly, improves the buyer experience, and saves time for both sales and marketing teams. The intuitive interface and smooth sharing experience make it a valuable tool for communicating product capabilities effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Navattic. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be having more advanced customization options for interactive demos and additional AI-powered automation to reduce manual editing. Even so, it’s easy to use and delivers strong value for creating engaging product experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves the challenge of demonstrating a product in a way that's interactive, scalable, and accessible without relying on live demos. "A Game-Changer for B2B Growth: High-Fidelity Interactive Demos in Minutes"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is a game-changer for B2B product growth. It eliminates the traditional sales friction by letting prospects experience the product instantly on their own terms. By removing technical dependencies on engineering, marketing and sales teams can build high-fidelity, interactive demos in minutes. The result is higher engagement, more qualified leads, and significantly faster sales cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

While some might wish it captured native iOS or Android mobile apps, Navattic’s exclusive focus on web-based SaaS is a massive advantage. By not diluting its engineering efforts across every possible platform, it delivers a best-in-class, flawless HTML and CSS capture specifically for web apps. It does one thing, and it does it exceptionally well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic is solving the challenge of helping prospects understand a product without requiring a live demo or lengthy sales process. By providing interactive, self-guided product demos, it allows potential customers to explore key features at their own pace, leading to better engagement, faster qualification, and a shorter sales cycle.

For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency and clarity. Instead of relying only on documentation or waiting for scheduled demos, I can quickly understand how a product works through a hands-on experience. It makes learning easier, improves decision-making, and helps teams communicate product value more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Navattic is how easy it makes building interactive product demos without needing developer resources.
