"A practical platform for guided, self-serve product demos"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic makes it straightforward to build guided product demos without needing engineering support or access to a live product environment. From a web and CRO standpoint, it’s been useful for showing how the product works in a way that feels concrete and intentional. The editor is easy to work in, updates are manageable as the product changes, and the demos integrate cleanly into website and campaign pages. It’s a practical way to give prospects meaningful product context early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Navattic works best when demos are tightly scoped and well planned. It’s not built for open-ended exploration, so the value depends on how clearly the flow is designed. The analytics cover the basics but have some limitations when you want deeper funnel analysis across multiple touchpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us show product value earlier without requiring a sales conversation or relying on static screenshots. It supports self-serve evaluation, increases engagement on high-intent pages, and gives prospects a clearer understanding of what they’ll see in a live demo. This has made it easier to qualify demo requests and improve conversion rates across key pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for such a awesome review!

Love hearing that Navattic has made it easier to give prospects product context early without needing live environments or engineering lift - that’s exactly what we’re aiming for.

Totally get the note on needing clear flows for the best experience. If you haven’t yet, the AI Storyboard tool can be a big help when planning and structuring guided demos: https://www.navattic.com/tools/ai-storyboard.

"Unmatched Customization for Enhanced Demo Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I really like Navattic because it gives me the ability to fully customize the demo experience—something I haven’t found in any other interactive demo platform. I can easily create screenshots and have the flexibility to edit and rearrange them, which allows me to highlight only the most important features. This level of customization helps make the demo experience clear and easy to understand for prospects by stripping away features that could otherwise be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I ran into a few hiccups and had to rebuild demos more than once before I really learned the tool. The many customization options can be overwhelming; at times, it’s hard to know what to click or change to achieve the experience you’re aiming for.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves our challenge of showcasing our product interactively without relying on outdated screenshots, allowing prospects to explore core use cases. It improves the demo experience by simplifying complex features, making the product feel more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navattic makes it easy to build interactive product demos that our sales and solution consultant teams actively use when demoing to leads. The editor is simple and intuitive, the demos look polished and it’s been a strong asset for sales enablement.

Deeper analytics would be helpful for understanding how prospects explore the demos and which features resonate most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Navattic allowed our CSM team to significantly scale onboarding and digital product training."
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

The fact that the product demos use a live HTML environment is hands-down the biggest value add for Navattic's product. In my role, 90% of what I do is coaching and training users on how to perform various website tasks that are required when assigning our online homework software/ebook chapters. Instead of explaining where to click, or what a certain element looks like, Navattic allows users to learn by doing in a demo that looks exactly like the real thing. The Demos I have created have cut my live-support time in half, allowing me to focus more on customers who need more hand-holding or have more complex requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There's very little I dislike. I've run into a few scenarios while creating a flow where a webpage may be cut off slightly or navigating through something like a paywall/password screen doesn't work properly, but my CSMs (Kaylie Jensen and Alisa Feng) from Navattic are always responsive when this happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Navattic, my role as a Customer Success Manager was almost entirely comprised of live Zoom meetings/webinars with our customers. These meetings were either onboarding sessions where I assisted in integrating WW Norton's digital learning tools into a college professor's learning management system, or support calls where I was assisting with a problem the customer had with our digital product. During our busy season, I would be on Zoom for 8-12 hours a day. Once we adopted Navattic, we were able to move a large portion of our customer calls into quick email communications. Instead of 8-12 hours on Zoom, my days shifted to about 4 hours on Zoom. This shift genuinely changed the nature and scope of my entire job. Instead of being on-call all day, I had time freed up to think more strategically about how to set customers up for success and build systems that didn't require as much support. As a team, we pumped our total onbarding/implementation numbers up astronomically (I don't know the hard numbers off the top of my head, but it didn't feel real when we first looked). The service desk at our company also noticed a drastic drop-off in the number of support tickets that were coming through their end. It's been the best thing to happen to our CSM team by far in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you, Owen, for such a thoughtful and powerful review!

Thrilled to hear how Navattic has helped transform your CSM team’s onboarding and training process, cutting down Zoom time and freeing you up to focus more strategically on customer success.

It’s also great to hear that the HTML-based demos are making a real impact in helping users learn by doing. We appreciate the shoutout to Kaylie and Alisa, and your note on occasional flow hiccups is helpful and noted.

Thank you again Owen - really appreciate the support,

"Navattic Makes Creating Interactive Demos Effortless and Flexible"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is great for creating guided tours, walkthroughs, and how-to types of demos. Rather than grabbing static screenshots, they actually capture the underlying html and formatting of your website. That allows the demos to be responsive to different window sizes, it allows you to highlight or call attention to specific features, and it even allows you to do some limited editing of the underlying web page so you can do things like change customer names. The tools are accessible to non-technical people, but also have some horsepower available for those with a little more technical savvy who want to do additional customization. They also offer several different ways of sharing the demos, including simple links as well as options to embed the demos in a web page or trigger a pop-up with the demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

Navattic doesn't have very many downsides. Every once in a while I've struggled with trying to get something to format exactly the way I want it to, but that's mostly been pretty nit-picky stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our platform is feature rich but can be complicated to use. We desperately needed some walkthroughs to help customers learn to use the platform. Navattic provided a simple solution for quickly creating these walkthroughs. An added benefit is that it's easy enough to use that we could have a number of people participate in demo creation to help spread the workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Complex Demos into Interactive Experiences Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is more than just a screen recording tool, which makes it especially valuable for demonstrating our complex enterprise software. It creates a true HTML click-through version of our product, allowing us to offer a guided, interactive experience. I also found it very user-friendly—I was able to build my first demo within just 20 minutes of discovering Navattic. This demo has proven useful in a variety of settings, including conferences, client meetings, and internal presentations to showcase product enhancements. I've even shared it directly with customers to help them explore and utilize the more advanced features of our software.

My team of product managers use the software on a weekly basis crafting a refining experiences through the product that help us to enable our organization, and the field sales teams, partners and customers on new capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There isn’t much I dislike about the product, but I do see significant untapped potential in this technology. I believe it could develop further to support more complex flows, moving beyond simple linear paths to something more akin to a choose-your-own-adventure experience. This would allow end users to interact with multiple buttons, navigate back and forth, and explore different areas of the product with greater ease and flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our enterprise software includes some highly advanced features that depend on extensive data and specialized knowledge to be fully utilized. Because of this, a small team of experts had to invest significant time and effort in demonstrating and explaining these capabilities to potential customers. Additionally, there was a challenge in providing demo environments that had the necessary features and sample data enabled. With Navattic, we are now able to record demonstrations of these advanced features and make them easily accessible to our sales team, or even directly to customers. "Effortless Demo Sharing and Increased Prospect Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is very easy to use, offering a streamlined experience for sending out demos that is much simpler than the previous platform I used. Since making the switch, I've noticed an increase in prospect engagement. Additionally, when I enter a website, the prospect or client logo is automatically imported, which adds a nice touch to the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

One issue I’ve encountered is the requirement to input a website in order to send a demo. Sometimes, I work with small business prospects who either don’t have a website or whose website I haven't identified early in the process. It’s possible there’s a way to bypass this step that I’m not aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool helps streamline my sales process by letting me send demos to prospects who have simpler needs or to companies that are just casually exploring options. It saves me time because I no longer have to schedule a live demo for every single prospect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Appreciate you flagging this!

The 1:1 sharing flow does require a company name and domain so we can enable personalization and tracking for a specific lead, but if you’re looking to send a demo to a prospect without a known website, you can use the 1:many sharing option instead.

This version is designed for outbound campaigns or general sharing and doesn’t require a domain. You can find a guide on how to share here: docs.navattic.com/launchpad/get-started/quick-start-guide#how-to-share

Feel free to ping your CSM with any questions! I'm sure they'd be happy to help figure out a workaround!

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback.

"Effortless, Polished Demos Without Engineering Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to build polished, guided demos without needing engineering support. We use it to create interactive product walkthroughs of our platform, including Forge, Tracer, and their associated features, and it lets us tell a clear product story without over-simplifying things.

The editor is intuitive, the flow controls are flexible, and it’s straightforward to tailor demos for different audiences or use cases. It’s been especially useful for website demos and sales conversations, where we can quickly show value and guide users to the most relevant parts of the product. Overall, it’s a reliable way to showcase complex functionality in a way that still feels hands-on and realistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There aren’t many major downsides, but some of the more advanced customization options can take a bit of time to discover when you’re first getting started. As demos grow more complex, keeping multiple versions organized and up to date can also require a bit of manual oversight.

That said, these are fairly minor trade-offs given the overall flexibility of the platform, and the core experience remains very strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of showing the real value of a complex platform early in the buyer journey. Instead of relying on static screenshots or booking live demos for every use case, we can give prospects an interactive, self-guided way to explore our product on their own terms.

This has reduced friction in both marketing and sales. Prospects come into conversations better informed, sales teams can focus on higher-value discussions, and we’re able to reuse the same guided demos across our website, outbound, and enablement workflows. Overall, it’s helped us scale product storytelling without adding load to engineering or sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Flexible Demo Management That Exceeds Expectations"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

It's very intuitive and enables a lot of control. For a product like this, you don't expect there to be as much thought put into how teams will handle a high volume of demos. As I look to organize, duplicate, update and ultimately share slighty different demos to slightly different prospects, I've never felt like I had to compromise anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I wish you could link demos together better. I would like to have a prospect that views the demo be able to choose midway through if they'd like to continue on this demo or go to another one, without forcing them to re-enter their email (I use email-protected ones).

Also an email validation step would be good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic makes it easy for us to communicate our product to our customers. We use the product in two places. First, we have a public link on our website, where a prospect can get a real feel for our product, as opposed to reading text and clicking around a website. Second, I have about 10 demos that are all slightly different based on the use case they're spending time on. This lets me move deals along mid-funnel and ensure that our product "clicks" with a prospect based on their specific needs. The best part about using it opposed to a sales deck is that it's easier for the prospect to digest, while maintaing personalization and depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Gershenson of Navattic
Edit edit

Thanks so much for the detailed review! Love hearing how you’re using Navattic to personalize demos across different stages and use cases.

Glad you called out the idea of linking demos together; that’s totally doable! You can use Checklists [https://docs.navattic.com/build/checklist#checklist-demos] to bundle Flows into one experience, or add Button Actions [https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows#editing-rich-text] mid-demo to let prospects choose their own path.

And to avoid repeat form fills, just toggle on “Skip if already submitted” in your Form settings.

On email validation, both work email filtering and one-time access codes are available via Forms [https://docs.navattic.com/tracking/forms/properties] and Recipient Gates [https://docs.navattic.com/launchpad/share/present#specifying-recipient] if you want to tighten up access.

Please don't hesitate to ping your CSM to help you walk you through these solutions!
