"Powerful and Easy-to-Use Demo Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I use Navattic for marketing demos. It gives us a way to show off our product without having to use a demo site, which is not always the most efficient way for salespeople to show the platform. It is incredibly powerful but still very easy to use. The user interface is clear and accessible, but the capacity of the features is really strong. Setting it up was really easy, and I'd definitely recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I wish that the mobile experience was better — the mobile swipe through is still so small Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic allows us to show our product without a demo site, which is sometimes difficult for salespeople to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"great tool for customer marketing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattics are super customizable and interactive for the customer. we've used it for guided walkthroughs, new feature and design previews, demos for upsells, etc. Once you get the hang of how it works, building and updating flows is pretty fast, and it’s flexible enough to use for onboarding, feature release/education, and sales demos. I like that it lets us show real workflows that customer can actually engage with and got through the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The analytics are also fairly surface level, so it’s not always easy to connect engagement (like CTA clicks) directly to user outcomes. Would also love some really great, high performing examples to share with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us bridge the gap between launching a feature and actually getting users to understand and use it. Instead of over explaining or getting technical in docs or training, we can guide users through the exact workflow in context. This has been especially helpful for adoption and enablement, where clarity matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totally appreciate the feedback around intuitiveness and analytics. Those are areas we’re actively improving, and your note about better connecting engagement data to outcomes is especially helpful.

Appreciate your support!

What do you like best about Navattic?

I really like how easy Navattic is to use, and I appreciate that they are doing a really good job innovating on new features. The initial setup was very easy, and they were hands-on, helping us get started. Navattic allows us to create guided walkthroughs to educate prospective customers about the amazing Bloomfire features before they contact us. The platform works really well for us overall. What do you dislike about Navattic?

As our platform evolves, it can feel cumbersome to update all of the screens for the walk through demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging Product Tours That Drive Interest"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is an engaging way to drive interest in your product! We know that potential buyers want to get a sense of our product without having to automatically ask for a demo and Navattic has solved that issue for us. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to build out your demos. It's become a regular part of our marketing initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

We have had some issues with getting the tours to display properly in mobile devices, but we were able to work with our account manager on solving those issues moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to be able to qualify our potential buyers before presenting them with a full-fledged demo - it saves time for everyone in the process. Navattic is one of the ways we are able to do that - our prospects are able to get a feel for our platform, its features and benefits and if it could possibly solve their hiring challenges. We've also found new ways to use Navattic with our customers and other teams as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Getting Better and Better!"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

I've been using Navattic for over 3 years now, and they keep making great progress. Every time I log in to make a new demo, there is a new tweak or feature to make my life easier. The copilot feature has improved greatly since it was first introduced and is now a great addition. The fullscreen button built in helps out so many situations, and they even are cooking up an Avatar feature to add a talking head to your demos. They are always listening to their customers and making improvements all the time. Any time I reach out to customer support, I get a quick response and they are usually very helpful. If I find a bug, they act on in right away. It's a breath of fresh air, honestly. Other vendors I have to use with my job have terrible customer service response times and never seem to address issues.

They are constantly improving the interface, and are working on a new builder that is much more intuitive. More helpful AI features are on the horizon to help create great experiences for leads and customers alike. We have created hundreds of demos that live in our educational content and our educational resources, along with on platform pages and even embedded in product. I

It is super simple to get up and running, and embedding the demos is very straight forward. Our customers love them. I've heard reviews from customers saying "I love the clickthroughs", and "these simulations are the best way to learn a product from any vendor I've ver used." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The only small nitpick is how media captures are resized and fit within the iframe. It doesn't automatically fit the entire image in the frame by default. It resizes based on iframe width only and will add scrollbars. There are device frames to use which helps with this, but for laptop screenshots you either have to use one of the device frames that eats up a ton of iframe real estate, or use a frame that is just a border, but uses an awkward 3:2 aspect ratio instead of the more common 16:9 or 16:10. It still works, but there ends up being extra whitespace between the border and the screenshot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves the problem of letting our potential customers experience the platform without having to go in and configure a trial account. They can dig in, see how to configure settings, and see the end result. It helps immensely with new product launches, and even internal enablement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Navattic has shortened our sales cycle and improved Academy engagement significantly."
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

We use Navattic for product adoption and implementation, and of course for general product demos.

Being able to create tailored experiences and walkthroughs of our product lets us build feature spotlights that would otherwise require much more overhead. It’s extremely easy to create these demos, and just as easy to share them.

Navattic also provides analytics that show our customers’ current interests. This helps our sales team take things even further, especially since it syncs with our CRM and makes it easy to understand who is seeing what.

We recently engaged in changing our plan to get access to their new feature, LaunchPad, which (after testing other similar products) puts them at the forefront of innovation in how to share demos and knowledge easily for any client. They onboarded us onto it very patiently.

I also want to highlight that their Support team consistently provide fast, helpful guidance and genuinely seem invested in our success.

This is the way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I'd like to have a set of available pre made objects for highlight, such as a blinking arrow or and dynamic underline line that we could use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Navattic Makes It Easy for Clients to Visualize the Finished State"
5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Live demos will always be part of the experience, but Navattic serves as the leave-behind: a tailored, prescriptive view of the completed end state that allows clients to visualize real outcomes without exposing real data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I wish that it had more capabilities on the set-up side. I wish that I could screen record and have AI make suggestion, or use text based prompt for it to take action.

E.g remove client name and replace with X Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic solves the gap between a live demo and a buyer’s real understanding of what “done” looks like. Live demos are linear, time-bound, and easy to forget. Navattic gives prospects a tailored, prescriptive view of the completed end state they can revisit, share internally, and explore at their own pace, without exposing real data.

The benefit to me is leverage and clarity. Fewer follow-up walkthroughs, less re-explaining context, tighter alignment across stakeholders, and faster, more confident decisions because everyone is reacting to the same version of the truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable platform for creating polished, self‑guided demos"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What stands out most is how easy it is to spin up polished, interactive demos without needing to pull in engineering every time. The platform feels thoughtfully built the editor is intuitive, the flow logic is flexible, and the final product looks like something we would have spent weeks building internally. It’s become one of those tools that quietly saves hours across teams because it just works the way you expect it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The only real friction point is that some of the more advanced customization options can feel a bit tucked away, so it occasionally takes a few extra clicks to get things looking exactly right. It’s not a deal‑breaker, but when you’re producing a high volume of demos, those small moments add up. I’d also love to see deeper analytics out of the box without needing to rely on external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us give prospects a hands‑on feel for Fivetran without requiring a live environment or a sales‑led walkthrough. It shortens the time it takes for someone to understand our value, and it frees our team from constantly rebuilding demo environments. It’s also helped marketing create more engaging content that actually converts people spend more time exploring, and they come into conversations already educated. "A flexible demo experience that supports how we sell"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

What I appreciate most is how effortlessly Navattic helps us turn a fairly sophisticated product into something people can understand in minutes. At Lattice, we often need to show value quickly without overwhelming prospects, and Navattic gives us a clean, guided way to do that. The interface is intuitive, the editing experience is smooth, and the final demos feel polished without requiring design or engineering support. It’s become a dependable tool for helping buyers grasp what we do much earlier in their journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

As our collection of demos grows, keeping everything perfectly aligned with product updates can feel a bit manual. A more streamlined way to manage multiple versions would make things easier. I’ve also found that while the analytics are helpful, they could offer deeper filtering to better understand how different audiences engage. These aren’t major issues, but they’re areas where added depth would be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navattic helps us reduce friction in the early stages of the evaluation process. Instead of relying on long explanations or scheduling walkthroughs, prospects can explore a curated version of Lattice on their own time. This has reduced repetitive demo work, improved the quality of conversations our sales team has, and given marketing a flexible way to showcase new features without waiting on production resources. It’s helped us shorten the time it takes for someone to understand our value and move forward with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Demo Creation and Outstanding Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Navattic?

Quite easy to use, I was able to build a process where I was able to create new product demos within an hour or two. You can easily reuse assets you've developed for previous demos, making it easy to iterate. It integrates easily into our software with it's easy-to-use capture tool.

Building Navattic demos and mapping out which steps were common among different usecases helped me understand my own product's user experience better, which was a fantastic added bonus to using the software.

Best of all, the customer support was top notch, responding to questions I had quickly and helpfully guiding me through new processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The app capture tool is very cool and very flexible, but I think ultimately it results in an experience that can be a bit awkward. Being able to scroll around and see what's interactable is cool, but then when things aren't modelled in the Navattic capture, it may come across as the app being "broken" rather than them understanding the limits of what Navattic can do. I think a good goal for Navattic to work towards would be something that allows you to add more basic functionality to the interactive parts of the Navattic capture, e.g. setting it up so that when you click a button in the capture, a popup could happen that would show you or explain what pressing that button would do in the actual software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our software solves a problem that until recently was impossible, and many people who have to deal with this problem couldn't even imagine that there would be a solution. We need to emphasize to them very clearly how our software can skip steps and tedious work that they might think of as unavoidable. Navattic makes it easy to set up a demo for each function and usecase of our software and show how few steps it requires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
