**What do you like best about Navatar?**

I have found Navatar incredibly beneficial for managing data over the 4.5 years I have been using it. Its customization capabilities, particularly catered to investment banks, make it an invaluable tool for our industry. I appreciate the pipeline and relationship tracking features, which have streamlined our processes significantly. Navatar perfectly fits our needs, managing tasks such as pipeline tracking, relationship tracking, and marketing to buyers effectively. The system is well-adapted for our investment banking requirements, with dedicated features for pipeline tracking and deal flow management. Its customization ability ensures that we can tailor the solution to fit exactly as we need it to, which is why I would choose it again and confidently recommend Navatar.

I dislike the lack of a BCC feature for emails sent from templates for mass emailing.

I use Navatar for pipeline and relationship tracking, and marketing to buyers; it's customized for investment banking, streamlining deal flow perfectly to fit our needs.

This software offers a wide range of features and is highly customizable. I appreciate that it allows you to create custom reports to suit most of your requirements. The new Navatar version is helpful in gathering more intelligence from our calls & meetings.

Working with customer service can be a lengthy process, which often slows things down.

The ability to log and review information for our firm has been very helpful, allowing us to keep track of conversations and maintain a central repository of important details.

Easy deal management and fundraising. Integration is easy. Used every monday to friday. Features like virtual data rooms helps.

Works slow sometimes. Implementation is not easy . Customer support late answer.

There is no longer any need for spreadsheet trackers or unsafe email threads to keep track of transaction data and diligence requests.

The company has to go a long way ahead as it has a lot of potential in it but needs to identify it and respond as per the new market strategy itself.
