What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Easy to use, work like any other travel platforms. The process is also very convenient for admin tasks (expenses, approval …) and easy to track travels across my company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

The AI chatbot is not useful sometimes. It didn’t understand my request, thus made me to contact travel agents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps us to process expenses faster. Less manual admin steps, as the platform intergrates all the travels and expenses within the dashboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
