What problems is Nava Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nava has a huge impact on our employee experience and HR/admin experience when it comes to health benefits! Employees are able to access their healthcare infomration with ease through the Nava app and some of the best memeber support I have ever seen when employee questions/issues arise.

Nava has also lightened the load on our admin team taking ownership of all new hires and terminations with direct access to our HRIS. Their audit tool + service has corrected numerous carrier errors and saved our company thousands of dollars. Nava cannot be beaten in regards to customer service and technology in the broker industry! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
