**What do you like best about xtype Enterprise?**

We first tried SNOW Team Development, but it didn't provide the capabilities we needed to syncrhronize all of our instances and updates. .

Xtype gave us much more agility with Service Now and enables us to esaily manage multiple instances. 

We quickly gained additional visibility into our instances, have complete instance synchronization and are able to easily schedule releases at the most opportune times. 
In addition, we gained additional governance and compliance capabilitites we lacked previously

In terms of ROI, we went from 3 days down to a few hours when we update instances and gained countless hours back to become more productive.

**What do you dislike about xtype Enterprise?**

We have not yet encountered a lot of "downside", the product, the team and the support have been great. There were not many competitors to consider besides Xtype, but they have been really solid, so the lack of competitive alternatives in not even relevant.

**What problems is xtype Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from manual process using spreadsheets. Releases were slow and took days and we lacked confidence in the process and the outcome. 

We evolved to using full automation for new releases from scheduling to packaging and synchronization. 

This has resulted in zero-touch deployments, which our global team loves. We spend a lot less time trying to manage the actual process and can focus on getting back to being productive. 

The additional visibility we gain helps manage and correlate between multiple Service Now instances and eliminate inconsistencies through remediation and synching across various instances.

**What do you like best about xtype Enterprise?**

xtype Enterprise gives me a unified view of all my instances, where I can check out the plugins in use, the versions, and configurations. This is something which I have learned from this newly implemented transparency, thus helping me to notice problems.

**What do you dislike about xtype Enterprise?**

There is, however, a lack of comprehensive reporting functions.  Some useful reports, for instance, the user permissions across instances can take time to come up with.

**What problems is xtype Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The xtype Enterprise has helped us change how we handle our multi-instance ServiceNow environment. This has helped me in increasing visibility and reducing the workload to a great extent thereby allowing me to concentrate on other important aspects.
