I dislike NationBuilder's customer service – you can't even setup a phone call to talk through problems, they'll only respond via email, or you can try their hotline for one-time assistance. Recommendations to others considering NationBuilder: Depending on your price point, I would consider another platform that offers better customer service, has more reliable technology (their site often experiences interruptions and/or crashes), and is working harder to adapt and grow as technology changes.
