I love how easy it is to create my boardbooks and very user friendly. Whenever I do have an issue, I am an able to get a hold of someone fast and they are always so kind and knowledgeable. Since using Nasdaq Boardvantage it has made production of board packs, signatures, approvals and evaluations so much easier. This has saved time and effort for teams with an enjoyable experience for end users. And if you think about the amount of paper produced before digitalisation ... well we have saved the environment a little bit!

What would we have done without the tool during COVID and the many signatures we had to obtain (in the '000s) as we had not yet implemented DocuSign.

Easy to navigate, helps organize materials, any changes made to any of the documents will be automatically updated in the final Boardbook, helps track attendees to meetings.
