When it’s set up right, Narvar makes returns a lot smoother for customers and saves our team time. The returns portal looks polished and keeps the experience consistent for the brand. People can look like they have full access on the admin side but still can’t get in, and the invite/permission flow isn’t always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Narvar helps us keep returns organized and gives customers a more self-serve experience, which reduces back-and-forth for customer service.
