Support tickets are submitted via email, and it would be much easier to have a JIRA or a dashboard where we can track and follow tickets, instead of having to reference multiple emails. **What problems is Narmi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Narmi is committed to helping us grow our membership by providing an easy, user-friendly online account-opening experience. ### 2.
