All moderation possibilities in one place. Possibility of reporting without manual counting. NapoleonCat.com is constantly developing, introducing updates and improving service processes in social media. There is always a helpful consultant waiting in the chat who will quickly answer questions. What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

A clear panel for writing back messages. From it, you can tag tickets, hide comments and reply where necessary. In one view we can have multiple profiles plugged in, which definitely facilitates the moderator's work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

The disadvantage is that you can't see the ticket analysis right away. Sometimes the situation requires that you check the statistics on the fly and report them, in the tool you need to wait at least 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
