One of the things that surprised me about NapoleonCat is simply the sheer number of functions it can perform. The scheduling tools are helpful, and reason enough to consider utilizing it. But it also has some of the most effective comment moderation tools I've ever used, with the ability to automatically hide comments containing certain words or phrases. As is the difficulty with any kind of third party social media management app, occasionally the interface is buggy. Any time there is a major API update, a few NapoleonCat features seem to struggle. In particular, Instagram has often not translated well after API updates. Also, when scheduling to Instagram or Facebook, there is no way to add multiple images to be posted as a carousel— meaning I sometimes have to supplement NapoleonCat by scheduling directly in Facebook Business Suite. Two absolute favorites: social inbox and automated moderation. The former saves us so much time and we can stay in control what's happening in all our profiles without being all over the place - everything is in one app, finally. Your customer service team is excellent, at the beginning I had many problems and inconveniences so I had to be resorting to help to solve them, it was enough to contact them and in a few minutes I already had an answer to my requirements and questions, their interface It is simple and easy to handle, it may be that at first it is somewhat intimidating, however it is a matter of getting used to it.
