Napiro is online booking software for hair salons, beauty salons, barbershops and nail salons. The salon sets up its services, team and opening hours, then shares its booking link. Clients see prices and free time slots and book online without creating an account. Each staff member has their own calendar, services and working hours. A client who has no preference is offered the whole team's slots. Reminders are sent automatically. Clients can cancel on their own up to the deadline the salon sets, and the slot is freed at once. Client records keep the appointment history. A client list can be imported from a spreadsheet, and Napiro flags duplicates before writing anything. No ads, no resale of data, no commission on bookings. Prices in CHF and EUR, interface in six languages. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
