Nanum is AI-powered care management software built for UK domiciliary (home) care providers and care homes, by London-based Yielda UK. Nanum's AI matches carers to visits on continuity, distance, skills and training. Because it plans around travel distance, carers spend less time on the road between visits and can cover more visits in their day. It assigns the visits it is confident about and brings only the uncertain ones to a manager to decide. Managers get a bird's-eye view of their entire team against every client's visits, so gaps are easy to spot and fill. It brings the rota, the carer mobile app, care plans and records, eMAR and billing into one platform. Carers check in and out with GPS on their phone, record tasks and medication, and add voice notes. Billing is funder-aware. Nanum invoices councils, NHS Continuing Healthcare and private clients, splits a client's care between funders, applies weekly client contributions, and produces council portal files and Xero or Sage exports. Nanum Mode lets a manager search for available carers at other providers who have opted in, to cover a visit. Identities stay private until a request is approved, and the carer's own pay rate is protected. For care homes, Nanum runs unit rotas and shift patterns, resident records with allergies and key workers, and per-night billing to councils, the NHS and private payers. Groups of homes can be managed under one organisation.
