Now we can scan a report and get the required information from it in seconds. The precision increases with each scanned document. The software is efficient, accurate, and quick. The essential work, however, is to do with the information extracted from these reports. We were looking for a software which could automate the process of data extraction. Nanonets’s OCR is amazing. The software is really easy to use, UI is super intuitive and great for teams of all sizes and industries. The previous process was manual and error-prone, but after switching to Nanonets, we've conquered both of those issues. We extract data from the hard copies of receipts to the digital mode for market analysis and generate insights. The process we had in place earlier fell short on a lot of parameters. After switching to Nanonets, we've seen a lot of those problems evaporate. It promptly extracts the data from the pre-decided fields and organises it in the desired table format. It also integrates with Salesforce which was an added bonus. The ability to create custom data extraction models for specific document types. Our use case was limited to a set of internal documents that Nanonets learnt to identify and pull key data from. What do you dislike about Nanonets? If I were to nitpick - I would have preferred a slightly longer trial period by default. Last I checked, the automated workflow we set up with Nanonets was processing around 10k+ documents per month.
