Nanome is a collaborative platform for molecular visualization and drug discovery. Teams load protein and small-molecule structures, then review them together in 3D, in a web browser or in an XR headset. Everyone in a session sees the same structure at the same time. A chemist in a Meta Quest and a colleague on a laptop can point at the same pocket and rotate the same ligand from different cities. MARA, the AI copilot built into Nanome, runs computational work from plain-English requests: docking, co-folding, electrostatics, ADMET estimates, and more, drawing on 300+ integrated scientific tools. Results come back as structures you can inspect in 3D, with a record of every tool it ran. Nanome opens the files teams already use (PDB, mmCIF, SDF, MOL2, PyMOL .pse, Maestro .mae) and connects to Schrödinger LiveDesign, OpenEye, Cresset Flare, CDD Vault, KNIME, and Jupyter. Enterprise deployments run inside your own network, as a single-tenant cloud or on your own hardware.
