"Simplifying the Complexities of API Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Nango?

the built in connectors for discord, shopify and gitHub save me hours. I have all my integrations on one place on the dashboard and can easily monitor everything. Testing without risking real data is great with the sandbox mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

It could be time saving if the search functionality was smarter for e.g filtering by region or industry. Also there is no built in analytics for the API metrics performance and I am really forced to use third party tools which i dont like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless API Integration – A Game-Changing Transformation."
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

One of the best things about Nango is how it simplifies API integrations. No more hours (or days) wasted working around rate limits, authentication, and pagination. Nango takes care of all that for you. The pre-built templates and one API paradigm make it a breeze to integrate with multiple third-party services at once. And the real-time sync ensures your data is current without needing to do anything extra. It's a huge time-saver for developers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

Nango is an excellent tool, but like anything, it does have a few things that it can be worked on. One is that while it does support a lot of APIs, there may not be some of the niche or less commonly used integrations yet. Second, to those who are just beginning with it, perhaps there would be a little learning curve to understanding everything about it and how to install it. But the documentation itself is excellent, and once you learn how the thing works, it's a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration is easy, fas and hence saves a lot of time, as it has a very simple and eeasy-to-understand userinterface, but yes it's easy to use and you not need do to roam on the web for guides on how to use it. "Makes building integrations a lot less painful"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

Nango has significantly cut down the development time of any new integrations we need. It's allowed us to spend more time focused on building a product that users love istead of wasting time figuring out how each custom API works. I used to do this kind of work a while back and I hated it, so I'm glad I don't have to put my engineers in that hellscape.

Prior to choosing Nango I did a vendor review and Nango had the best solution IMO, it was flexible around giving us the ability to poxy requests but also giving a structure around sync jobs.

The Nango support team has also been really responsive to our issues and helped us move through them quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

- There were some pains initially with the nango versions and the generated models.

- We sometimes have compatiblity issues or just general confusion about which nango version we should all be using. There might be a simple fix for this though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

Nango is great in many areas but the range of supported APIs could be broader for the new and upcoming platforms like Notion, RazorPay, PayU etc. which are pretty widely used in geo areas like India Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nango helps building integrations fast"
4/5
What do you like best about Nango?

We use Nango daily.

Support of most APIs + very fast integration of new apis.

Setup is very fast.

Excellent customer care and communitaction.

Once unified model is set up, you can easilly add integrations from the same category (like CRM, Emails, etc....).

What I also like is that the infrastructure and monitoring is managed by Nango.

There's also high flexibility in writing your sync scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

Handling rate limits would deserve improvements. They have automatic retrys for most of APIs, however, I'd like to have throttling on API request level to prevent the rate limits.

One drawback for us is that we need to wait for the whole Nango sync to finish until synced to our platform. I'd like to have support for partial sync results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
