"Powerful Connections, Needs Better Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I really appreciate how Nango allows me to connect my customers to any third-party platform without the hassle of building and maintaining connections myself. This feature is incredibly beneficial as it lets me focus more on developing my app instead of worrying about the intricacies of integration. The sheer number of possible connections that Nango offers is impressive and has been a clear deciding factor for me. This capability is not only versatile but pivotal, as I use multiple integrations for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Amazon Ads, with plans to expand to more social media connections. This variety supports both my current marketing app needs and future scalability, especially as we consider AI integrations. These powerful integration capabilities help streamline my processes and significantly enhance my business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

I found the onboarding process for Nango to be quite confusing. It felt like the setup was 'obvious to those who build it, difficult to those who use it.' I struggled initially with understanding what was required, such as the difference between dev and prod environments in Nango and what to add to scopes. The statistics were also showing zero, even when I had connections, which added to the confusion. I feel that Nango needs to provide clearer guidance, perhaps with a walkthrough, to help new users understand what is needed and why. An AI assistant could also be beneficial for users who are unsure how to proceed during setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nango?

I have been using Nango for a few months to help with product integrations, and it has been an awesome experience. One of the standout features for me is how developer-friendly it is, coupled with its excellent documentation. This synergy contributed to an easy setup process, making it a pleasure to use from the very start. Nango has enabled us to offer integrations to our customers, which has significantly enhanced their satisfaction and happiness. The Connect UI feature is particularly great for user experience, as it simplifies the process of connecting an integration seamlessly. Additionally, the overall simplicity of Nango is a huge plus, making it a product I would definitely choose again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective OAuth Integration for B2B Platforms"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I appreciate Nango for its cost-effectiveness compared to other vendors like StackOne, which were significantly more expensive. Nango efficiently helps in integrating with other platforms, acting as an OAuth keyholder, which is superb for managing the OAuth process. This functionality is crucial as it securely holds the OAuth keys during user registration, streamlining our operations and enhancing our B2B AI SaaS platform’s capabilities by centralizing key management. Although the initial setup of Nango was not perfectly smooth, it was manageable and did not pose significant issues. Overall, the value Nango provides through its pricing and keyholder capability substantially supports my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nango?

Nango is one of the most unique software that helps our business in transferring of data from one application to another. This software is also secured and it controls the transfer in such a way that there is no chances or possibility of data leakage or fraudulent. The integration of softwares becomes simple due to availability of nango and also it saves us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

One of the main challenge that we are facing till now after installation of nango is the cost of its monthly maintenance, which is little bit on the higher side and even for small and simple data transfer now we use this platform and day by day we are becoming more dependent on this which is not a good sign at same time after using it for 2 or 3 years we have realised that it is not necessary important for us to work with his premium plans and free version is also enough for us. "Nango is like a developer tool that easily helps to manage third party APIs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

It saves a lot of time to all the developer working in our company as after the installation of nango we does need to build custom APIs from the scratch. The plaform is transparent and also open source software so,

our developer host it by them themselves without facing any major challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

The software needs a professional developer who can work on this tool as it is very difficult for non- technical person to do even small changes to the settings of this tool. We have also faced lots of challenges while installing few latest APIs as it does not supports them at all and their are some other plaforms available in the market that simply allows all kinds of APIs installations. "Streamlined Integration, Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I highly appreciate Nango for the ease it brings to handling Shopify integration for the past six months. Their team's support is invaluable, providing guidance on technical decisions and being readily available for calls whenever requested. This level of support has made the set-up process much less daunting. Additionally, I admire how Nango abstracts integration authentication, significantly simplifying our operations. Their syncs and actions facilitate separating integration-specific code from our business logic, greatly benefiting our workflow and maintaining clarity in our codebase. "Nango helped us to increase security of our assets by controlling multiple in our company workflow."
4/5
What do you like best about Nango?

The most helpful is flexibility of Nango and its effectiveness in controlling multiple integrations. For example, we import our developers from our Slack channel, however we frequently needed to delete and add different developers depending on the project we are working on. It's very easy with Nango to delete all developers and then add only those who are responsible for the current project.

Additional advantage is its flexibility in the way you work with Nango. I am as a manager using browser to monitor and control integrations, but if we have a custom job - I can write a simple JavaScript functions and do everything by in a custom way. The app is pretty easy to start using - github repository contains demo application and for me was not hard to start working. We work with Nango every day and happy with the final result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

Nango is using NodeJS as a server and JavaScript is not the most flexible language to write an effective app, I would prefer to have it in Python and markdown. And of course you have to pay for everything you do, however it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
