"Effortless Integration with Robust Backfilling"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I like how Nango has built-in capabilities that save me time by not having to build individual integrations with providers like Intercom, Slack, or Reddit. The support for backfilling existing events is what made us migrate to Nango, as we needed to study old and historic events in addition to the newer ones. This feature saves a lot of time by allowing me to take advantage of Nango's abstraction layer, expecting the same payload every time instead of sifting through providers' documentation. The initial setup was super easy, taking just a day for research and another two for implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

I don't really found anything big. Probably the price could be cheaper. Maybe adding more out of the box tool for handling Triggers from providers. They are like listener but they aren't documented, you still have to go to the providers documentation to learn about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nango Streamlines Integrations and Boosts Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

Nango is a platform integrating software that help our business in connecting with different type of useful online tools that could benefit our operations and customer experience. The software saves us a lot of time and money because we don't need to build everything from the scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

Initially we thought that nango will really saves us a lot of money and resources that we earlier used to spend in maintaining a tech team but for handling this tool also currently we have hired a set of professional developers so that multiple integrations of this platform can be handled easily but we didn't know that even maintaining these developers will also be quite costly. "Effortless Integration, Excellent Documentation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I really like Nango for its simplicity in integrating with providers, as it always uses the same endpoint, no matter the provider. This makes my job significantly easier and saves a lot of manual work. I also appreciate that Nango offers a safe, boilerplate-like solution for calling endpoints. The documentation is another big plus—it's helpful and clearly explains how to connect to the provider both in Nango and on the provider's developer app. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a pleasant surprise. What do you dislike about Nango?

Their pricing is a bit odd to me. The free version allows for 10 connections while the paid version allows only for 20. Doubling the connections on this tier upgrade seems weird. I would expect to not have to pay for extra connections only after doubling the connections when compared to the free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration, Exceptional Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I love that Nango works seamlessly with other clients, which makes it a wonderful solution at a great price. It helps us integrate multiple solutions like Slack, Discord, and Google Docs into our system, and we use it to integrate with our AI agents on our platform and marketplace. I think it's a very good use case for a lot of things. I've also found the connections very reliable and am quite happy with them. The custom UI for integrations is a great feature, and it's been a good experience overall. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than 48 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nango Review: My Experience and What Stood Out"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

One new thing I really like about Nango is how the prebuilt API integrations save a lot of time when connecting third-party services. Since it’s open source, it’s easy to adjust or extend features without feeling restricted, and the built in security gives confidence while working with sensitive data. Overall, it has been a smooth experience and genuinely helpful in reducing development effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

So far, things have been working well for me, and I have not faced any major issues. If anything, I feel Nango could improve by offering a bit more documentation or beginner friendly examples to speed up onboarding. It’s not a blocker but it would make the learning curve even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One-Click Solutions with Easy Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I appreciate Nango for its integration list, which helps reduce development time, and I find its one-point click solutions very convenient. I also like that the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nango?

I don't like that there are multiple apps like the MS365 suite or Google Workspace that require separate rollouts, like Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams. It's annoying to have to paste settings details for multiple integration setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Integration Tool with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nango?

I have been using Nango for about a year, and it has been instrumental in synchronizing customer data to our platform through its integration capabilities, effectively enhancing our workflow systems. I was particularly impressed with Nango's intuitive system and comprehensive documentation, which greatly facilitated a quick and smooth setup, allowing us to build a prototype rapidly. The initial setup was user-friendly, and while there is a slight learning curve, the UI and documentation are well-structured, aiding in a nimble start. Additionally, I found the responsive customer support team incredibly valuable, particularly their Slack support, where I received quick and helpful responses to my queries. One instance where Nango's dedication shone through was when one of their founding team members proactively contacted us about a usage spike and waived the associated costs, an act of goodwill and understanding that greatly bolstered our trust and loyalty. Nango's Auth system and proxy capabilities stand out, providing effortless data retrieval and the ability to implement custom integrations, which grants us the flexibility and control to meet specific customer needs. These features collectively save us significant time, enabling us to focus on developing unique features for our platform, thereby improving our competitiveness and agility. I highly appreciate the level of customer care provided by Nango's team, which extends beyond mere business interactions, showcasing their genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
