## Nango Reviews
  ### 1. Nango Review: My Experience and What Stood Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajeet Y. | Subject Matter Expert, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

One new thing I really like about Nango is how the prebuilt API integrations save a lot of time when connecting third-party services. Since it’s open source, it’s easy to adjust or extend features without feeling restricted, and the built in security gives confidence while working with sensitive data. Overall, it has been a smooth experience and genuinely helpful in reducing development effort.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

So far, things have been working well for me, and I have not faced any major issues. If anything, I feel Nango could improve by offering a bit more documentation or beginner friendly examples to speed up onboarding. It’s not a blocker but it would make the learning curve even smoother.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost efficiency and integration of multiple APIs.

  ### 2. API integration platform for developers.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas K. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I as software developer, we need to integration as our main job is to get the data from different apps twitter linkedin instagram and show insights to the customer , create dashbaorad and everthing , so we need to create api to get the data, so nango helps simply the process, instead of writing complex Oauth code or managing token is done easily here, it refresh the token automatically

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

documentation is bit confusing because the documentation doesn’t always explain everything clearly. It took me some time to figure out a few things on my own, need to research and get help from chatgpt or grok to understand its documentation

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we usually push the data to hubspot, so that our sales team gets leads to call up the customers who visited our konnect insights website, so syncing of data to this 3rd party app becomes easy

  ### 3. Excellent Support Makes Up for Lacking Documentation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I liked the customer support. There was always someone available to quickly assist when I was running into any issues with the integration.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

The lack of documentations. Most of the documentations I found were dated or hard to understand / follow. Some things I needed were completely missing from the documents and I had to reach out to customer support directly for answers.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango allows us to pull documents from other apps to train our AIs.

  ### 4. Seamless API integration made easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhwanil D. | Associate Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I think Nango does a great job of simplifying API integrations. Rather than having to manage separate authentication, token, and API issues, it offers a single access point that simplifies the process tremendously. Pre-built integrations take a lot of time out of the process, as they do not require custom code for each service to be developed and maintained.
Its handling of automatic token refreshing is a major asset point, eliminating a source of frequent headaches when dealing with multiple third party APIs. It guarantees that integrations are always connected without user interaction, which leads to increased reliability. On the whole, Nango is a revolution when it comes to the ease of API connectivity and it lets me concentrate on being a developer instead of on integrations.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

An area of potential enhancement is the writing of documentation - it is good, but sometimes lacks practical examples or more direct treatment of more obscure edge cases. A step-by-step guide for the specific scenario would be very useful. Additionally, though the pre-packaged integrations save lots of time, there are times that I require an API which isn't currently offered, in which case I still need to implement some custom logic. Overall, Nango is a good platform, but it could be further improved by supporting even more APIs and making the doc more understandable. Although Customer support could have been better.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango makes it much more convenient to integrate multiple third-party APIs by exposing a single, common-way for working with them. Typically, when setting up and maintaining multiple API connections one has to cope with different authentication protocols, token renewal behavior, as well as with API incoherency. Nango handles all of that, so I don't have to write and maintain their own integration code for each service.
It saves much time and human resources, particularly when long APIs are considered. It also lends itself much more elegantly to scaling up, if I need to add a new integration, I don't have to rebuild from the ground up. Besides I do not have to worry about failed API calls or expired credentials because there is built-in token management and error handling. However, it takes away many of the typical pains of interfacing with APIs, allowing me to spend more time on coding and less on debugging.

  ### 5. Custom API Integeration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurora M. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I use nango to integerate various 3rd party API's in out project. It is a highly effictive tool. It has 300+ pre built integeration configuration that allows me to connect any application with it easily like slack, gmail, and salesforce. The best thing is its opensource and it gives the flexibility to customize the API as per our need that makes our development process easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

I don't hate any feature but I have some improvent like if they start provideing more detailed setup documentation that would we a greatful and it also be good if they start providing the automatic setup rather than manual that would be benifficial.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nango help us to speed up the development process. It provides pre build integeration that help us to focus on development of core feature rather than API configuration and setup. It save our time and resource.

  ### 6. My Experience with Nango

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhupratik P. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

I am a full stack Web Developer at my company Zairza . I have worked on multiple projects along with my team . In our projects we do multiple API testings on various platforms trying to find our best fit . But recently I used nango in one of our team projects , and I can say that it was a really good experience , I would like to note down a few features

Lot of Api integrations - This is by far the best feature I have seen in Nango , where you can find pre-built integrations for more than 300 APIs, including popular services like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, and Stripe.

Easy to use OAuth- Managing OAuth flows is a little difficult with other softwares but with Nango, I found the User Interface quite user friendly

Its Open Source - Means we can directly connect with the developers regarding the application and immediately fix some errors

Easy for backend - In the last few weeks I have used it for backend multiple times , because there is no need to write huge lines of boilerplate code for each Api, as Nango manages it all in the background

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

There aren't a lot of things I dislike about Nango but still I Could point out a few

Documentation - The problem in the documentation is that it is not detailed, when I first tried to understand the docs , I found it quite difficult to implement, so I had to refer to some videos to finally Understand

Pricing - Although its free for small use upto 3 projects but while working with a team , you require multiple projects and for that I found its price little bit expensive

Limited Frontend Support - This is more focused on backend , so providing less features for frontend integration

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has simplified the Integration of OAuth and API s with a large number of options.

Nango automatically creates refresh and access token so there is hassle of creating it on our own in the project.

It is very scalable if you want to use multiple API integrations in a single project.

Its quite easy for a beginner to understand if they are new to OAuth Applications

Lastly, its open source , so its developer friendly

  ### 7. Great product with powerful integration abilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Nango?**

Unified API layer is something I like the most. I like how it manages authentication and its integration abilities.

**What do you dislike about Nango?**

Documentation is something that Nango can improve on. Also, for product team, for non devs, if they can provide a framework to use.

**What problems is Nango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling of varaition in API structures, handling of authentication, offers reusable integration components - so no need of repetative code
