The support is amazing, simply wonderful, I'm always messing around and I truly believe they always try to give you the best solution even if it takes them a while to find it, rest assured that they will respond to you. **What do you dislike about NameHero?** I must admit that you might encounter high prices when you want to renew since their discount offers are only for first-time buyers. Keep that in mind if you plan to stay at least a couple of years with NameHero, it doesn't matter to me, the price is completely worth it and I will continue with them for who knows how long. **What problems is NameHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly WPO, the speed of their cloud servers is excellent, not to mention how easy it was for me to do the migration since they do it for free for you when you purchase a package for the first time. ### 2. The pricing, the quality and speed of servers, all the many extras they give as standard, their customer support, and so much more, make them without doubt the best hosting I've used. **What do you dislike about NameHero?** To be honest, I can't say there's anything I dislike. I might say that I'd prefer their VPS offering to include Lightspeed as standard, because if they did I'd switch to it more readily, but I understand why that's not possible. **Recommendations to others considering NameHero:** Don't hesitate to sign up to Namehero Web Hosting. They are just the best. **What problems is NameHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use NameHero for Reseller Hosting and Business Cloud Hosting, with a total of arounf 40 sites. They advertise an impresive up-time which I've found to be accuarate (over 99%). The features are too many to list in detail but among the highlights for me are that they use cPanel as standard on both those plans, despite the increase in pricing from cPanel last year. They also use Lightspeed servers and give very generous allownces on Quic Cloud whcih is a very impressive CDN. ### 18.
