I have used Namecheap hosting before. It is the fastest shared hosting I have tried which uses Apache Webserver. They also have the fastest support and also the best discounts ever for any shared hosting services.

The only thing why I am not using their service now is because, I got hooked to Litespeed Webservers. I found a new shared hosting company which is also fast but a bit more expensive, but I really like Litespeed and LScache's performance compared to Apache, so, I made the switch.
