I used to register my domain with another company, but I moved to Namecheap more than five years ago and haven’t regretted it at all. I also have multiple hosting accounts, including shared and business hosting. The hosting service has been reliable, and their support team is very responsive whenever I need help. Over all, Namecheap provides reliable service, affordable prices, and very good support. Their offer clean and easy to use interface to manage the various services they offer. **What do you dislike about Namecheap Hosting?** One of the things I dislike about Namecheap is that they don’t offer phone support, relying entirely on live chat and tickets. Sometimes I run into urgent issues, and I would much rather be able to call and speak with a person. I also don’t like how they handle their mail servers. A couple of times, I had issues sending email messages from my hosting because the server IP was blacklisted, and I had to deal with getting it unlisted. Overall I think it’s a good budget hosting option and works fine for smaller sites, but for bigger or high traffic websites you might want something a little more powerful. **What do you dislike about Namecheap Hosting?** A few things I didn’t like were the speed and some of the limits on the cheaper plans.
