  ### 1. This use to be a great service, but they have changed things up, not for the better

**What do you like best about NamasteLight?**

When we first starting using it, it was a bit wieldy to use, but seemed like a better fit price wise, and function wise. It allowed us to create mailings for multiple categories for different newsletters, that we we liked

**What do you dislike about NamasteLight?**

The list has recently got longer :(  The setting up of "segments" was always a bit confusing, but we would figure it out. Now they have changed the pricing structure, added a cap to the mailings and the worst part is, there is not any kind of easy to access support. If you have a question it can be days before they get back to you, regardless if it's an emergency or if its billing. It makes it super difficult to count on

**Recommendations to others considering NamasteLight:**

I would not recommend this service,  difficulty of use it over the top and support is impossible to reach.

**What problems is NamasteLight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was solving my newsletter problem, however I am currently looking into mailchimp to replace it.
